Broke down at the first lights into the Bay! Zac from RACQ did a check and organised a tow to trio. Problem was sorted while we had a long lunch and we drove back to Maryborough. Unheard of level of service these days! Advised us of another potential issue to have looked at. Can't speak highly enough of Trevor and his team. I'd give 20 stars if possible.

Honest and fast. There was no worries with repairs , and they were so capable of getting my car back on the road.

This business is the RACQ in my area and they saved me today they came within 15 mins of calling racq and looked at my car and was smart diagnosing the problem on the spot then they arranged a tow truck in house and they were on time and clever how they worked with moving my car on and off the ramp

Had a great experience with Trio Automotive Group. The truck arrived roughly 5-10 minutes after I had made the call. I Was able to get a ride back to Rainbow Beach from Gympie with my car on the tow truck. The driver I had Greg was a friendly and reliable guy who kept me informed of the kms as we were driving. Will definitely be using these guys again!

I had to call RACQ and their agent Trio Auto Group arrived within five minutes of my call. The mechanic did a temporary repair so that I could drive to their work shop where they did the necessary repairs in a matter of minutes. Great service and excellent mechanics.

Our car broke down in Hervey Bay while on the final leg home from a lengthy road trip with our caravan. As the RACQ endorsed company Trio Automotive carried out the recovery and return of us, our car and caravan home. They also towed our vehicle on two separate occasions within the local area to assist with the initial diagnosis of our cars mechanical issue. Their service was outstanding and their tow truck drivers very professional and courteous. We would like to make special mention of Zac who carried out the tow to our home. Courteous and good old fashioned quality service, a rare thing these days! Ken W

It would be hard to imagine any mechanics worse than these guys. They failed to recognise a simple carburettor problem, instead they replaced a perfectly good condenser and still my vehicle was doing the exact same thing it did before they replaced it. There superstar idea was to make the vehicle idle at about 3000 revs so it could be driven to another more competent mechanic. My regular mechanic identified and fixed the carburettor within an hour. The very next day the vehicle broke down again. The new condenser that never needed replacing anyway, was placed incorrectly, AND it was the wrong part to start with. Ignore their disclaimer at they abide by warranty and Australian consumer law at the bottom of their invoice. They won't even respond to requests for assistance. Off to court we go!!
