Today Harvey Norman delivered my beautiful new fridge and the two young delivery fellows were a joy to deal with. Pleasant,
Polite and checked the new fridge had no damage and removed the old fridge. So nice dealing with pleasant people.

I purchased a Soundbar from Harvey Norman on Monday not knowing anything about them, the salesman Dan was so helpful and nothing was any trouble to him and spent alot of time with me showing different ones to me and finally settling on one. 10 out of 10 to Dan for customer service.

We have shopped here on three occasions recently. The staff are cheerful and informative. Umesh has been particularly helpful when we purchased kitchen equipment.

My partner & I shopper in the bedding department & were served by a very friendly & courteous young woman named Ros. Her knowledge on the products she was selling was second to none. She was incredibly helpful & also gave us the time we needed without being pushy & even went out of her way to help with some things. Happily shop there again & highly recommended.

We bought a new LG 65" TV and with not knowing anything about smart TVs, Gary was soooo helpful... he made it very simple & easy to understand. THEN... he helped enormously with setting up a PayPal account on my phone (which sounded like a different language)!!! We’ve had two very good experiences recently. One with Frank in the furniture department. We bought a couch. He was very knowledgeable and was refreshing to be given a realistic ETA on its arrival rather than being told what they may think we’d want to hear. So was great when it arrived earlier than expected! Had no issues at all was a very easy process.
We then more recently bought a few appliances as well unfortunately I didnt catch the young ladies name but she was amazing! Again very knowledgeable. We went in to get a coffee machine and whilst we thought we knew what we wanted - she asked a few questions as to why we had that one in mind and she told us that unfortunately the one we were looking at probably wouldn’t work for what we needed and she was right! Once she explained it and pointed us in the right direction of a machine that would be better for our needs we completely agreed! The coffee machine is amazing and we’re so happy she shared her knowledge and went that extra mile to explain and take some time with us.

There was nothing better than coming down to Harvey Norman in Hervey Bay looking through appliances for the home. I had a few staff members come up and approach me and asked if I needed anything and they were very polite, indeed. Althlugh some of the products mat be out of my price range, but it was well worth looking at some appliances when they come in handy for my granny flat.
