One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. A guy named Ace took my call at about 7.30am and warned me that it'd be cheaper if I call back in about half hour by around $60 so I did that. Then a guy named Jamie (same name as me ha ha) came out around 30 minutes later....replaced the dead battery of my car and even offered a routine check up on the battery. Had a lovely conversation with him and the time was seamless. Before I knew it the job was done.

Very happy with everything and highly recommend.

I was having a solar power issue with my Caravan.
Called these guys, and like magic, my solar issues are now fixed.
I'm now 100% back to off-grid travels.
Jamie the Solar GURU, knows his stuff very well.
My new Lithium battery controller and charger are top shelf, and what a difference they make.
I haven't had any issues since they were connected and switched on.

Prices were affordable and fair.
Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and I'll K oe where to go whenever I need a power problem seen too.
I won't go anywhere else in future.

Battery World were fantastic. I went in for a new battery in my Telstra modem. The modem was quite swollen. Your staff informed me to only connect it to power when using my computer. Telstra had never given me that information. I have also replaced the battery in my car with Battery World Hervey Bay and have only received 100% service with a smile.

Went into the store to see if they could organise someone to come around to my home to replace a dead battery in my car. No worries for Ace the sales staff member. Ace showed me some options and then I left the store after making my decision to have Ace on my doorstep 10mins later to replace my dead battery.

Customer service was excellent as they worked in the rain. The guys were very polite and proceeded to complete putting in the battery while the rain made them extremely wet. My husband will recommend them to all.

Great service, I just turned up needing 3 batteries tested, 2 were dead and needed replacing, the other one was fine. Boat is now fully powered and ready to go fishing.

I'm not from Harvey Bay, I'm here on hol's and needed fair dinkum battery box, solar charging, and AGM deep-cycle, and Lithium battery pre-sales advice. The lady who runs the Herver Bay Battery World, fielded all of my wood-duck questions and didn't make me feel stupid; she took the time to explain the technicalities in detail and ensured I purchased the best kit for my outback application.
