I had a great experience with Dr. Lin as his medical expertise is impressive, and I was pleasantly surprised by the gentle and painless treatment. Highly recommend!

I hadn't been to the dentist in a while and chose Dr Ian Lin due to his location and partnership with Medibank.

The experience that I've had at Dr Ian Lin's has been fantastic end to end.
At no point did I feel that I was being taken advantage of (i've had checkups at other dentists whereby this was the case.)

He was extremely clear about any issues that I had and actually did his best to show me the issues where he could.
His approach from checkup to minor treatment was the most fast and professional dentistry i've ever experienced.

In the procedure I didn't feel a thing. I've had terrible experiences whereby i've felt painful injections, drilling and additional anaesthetic.
I had injections and drilling at Dr Lin's and felt nothing. I couldn't actually believe it as I had been dreading the experience for over 1 year. Smooth FM probably helped.

I also felt he was very fairly priced in comparison to my experience at UK dentists and against some quotes from other dentists in Australia.

As a result of the above I will be returning for future checkups and any work needed.

They do not know how to deal with people properly. We were looking for a new dentist as we have just moved and they were nothing but rude to us and just wanted to have us out of the consultation as quick as possible, this is no way to treat your patients and we will be going somewhere different

I would think twice before taking your family here. Our experience was awful. Ok with adults but not good with kids.

There are much better dentists in the area.
