Visited this Cafe for a coffee on a weekend, I waited at the counter and no one came to the front for a few minutes. I went around to the side and saw the staff member on her phone. I stood there for a bit to see if she will notice but didn't, until I said, "excuse me" to get her attention. The coffee was just room temperature warm and the muffin was dry and crumbly.

Very sad,no bread at 1 pm in the day.
Only Coffee, being in a busy centre it is a real sad coffee shop.Staff don't seem interested in this business.They could make a lot more money.????
They are on the upper level, nice and quiet but they don't seem interested at all.
