Sweet Lu

Sweet Lu has amazing mini tarts - you get 5 for $10 and they are absolutely delicious. The crust is perfectly flaky and the fillings are just the right amount of sweet. On top of the great tarts, the store has a really CUTEEE , cozy decor that adds to the overall experience.
Highly recommend checking out Sweet Lu if you're in the mood for some tasty pastries! Definitely will try their drinks next time

There are so many wonderful choices to pick from. I love the variety, and what I love the most is that their desserts are not too sweet. We had lychee cake and mango cake. They were both outstanding. Smooth, creamy with a burst fruity flavour.
We also had tea with our cake. The venue itself is not very spacious, but the owner made the most use of it. I thought it's really clever.
Overall, I will come back to Sweet Lu again to try a different desserts but I will order the mango crepe with rice cake again. It's was so delicious!

Really great treat for a hot summer day. We got the osmanthus ice cream and it came with mochi on the side of the cup. The flavours and textures were on point and it was not too sweet (Asian favourite!). Their customer service was really great as well. We left something behind and were able to connect with their service desk quickly to retrieve it the next day!

Walking through Chinatown yesterday at lunch, I spotted Little Deer selling zongzi! Spend over $30 and you get a mystery box figure too, don't forget! They have four kinds, and the big zongzi deer is just too cute—had to grab it!

There are three types of zongzi to choose from:
🌟 Egg yolk and cured meat zongzi—my favourite!
🌟 Preserved vegetable and fresh meat zongzi plus spicy crayfish
🌟 Yellow rice and red bean zongzi plus mixed ingredient zongzi

I've been there twice and still very satisfied 😌
I had the Rose Lychee Crepe cake and Grapefruit Yakult drink 👌
The second time was Osmanthus Mochi-lato 😍
They are all delicious and yummy.

Sweet Lu has very good tarts, the strawberry one is always my go to choice. They have a range of cakes as well, I have tried the durian one but I don’t like durian so no comment on that.

Their drinks on the other hand are not very impressive. I have multiple drinks here and I can say that they are pretty disappointing. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend getting drinks from here, but their tart is a must!

I stumbled upon this place and decided to try the Osmanthus Mochi-lato. I was unsure as to whether I would like it as it was osmanthus but I was pleasantly surprised by how everything went together. The ice cream tastes sweet and the mochi texture is really nice as you scrape it from the side. The round mochi balls on top provide the perfect chew with the rice and jelly as well. I wish they sold this in Perth :( U have to try it if you get the chance to!

This pastries here were absolutely amazing. Really good tarts. I tried the bubble tea tart and it was so good, if I get a chance to come back I definitely will. I recommend eating the bubble tea tart in an area where you can wash your hands, as it gets pretty messy. The regular tarts are fine though. Stop by this place when you can.

Love the Portuguese Tarts here. Creamy and crispy, a delightful combination. Soy bean and pork floss are my top picks. The ice cream with mochi is also delicious, mainly because of the chewy and soft mochi.

I love their sticky rice dumplings.

Staffs are nice, lots of asians inside (this is chinatown obviously) i mean like korean and even japanese.

Drinks are nice also, each fruit drinks you choose, it contains slice of fruits inside respectively.

Also the picture design is bringing more appetite !

High quality sweets and desserts here in Chinatown. Good taste, fresh ingredients and nice services. Very good location and easy to get any thing we want. Tart is good and also the taro cake!

The tarts here are absolutely amazing!! They have a wide range if flavours suiting both savoury and sweet tastes! The egg tarts melt in your mouth!

Though the price is higher than other tarts, this store definitely offers higher quality.

Staff are friendly and pack your orders with care. The packaging are so cute!

A very classy and fancy looking sweet shop. I really like the renovation and colour theme. The staff is really very friendly and helpful.

It has a small seating area inside and outside. The signature egg tarts are soo nice and buttery. You can’t resist them. The buttery egg sweetness just melts into your mouth with some crispy flaky base. Its awesome
