Golden Harbour Restaurant

We came for yum cha with a group that included several vegetarians and vegans. I contacted the restaurant several days in advance to check if my vegetarian and vegan friends could be catered for and the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. They were happy to prepare extra dishes in accordance with my friends' strict dietary requirements and were very attentive to their needs on the day we visited. Top marks for service.

The rest of us meat eaters were just as content. Although there wasn't a huge variety of dim sum, the ones that were on offer were fresh and of very good quality. We paid about $28 a head, which is about average for yum cha in Sydney. I would be pleased to return to this restaurant.

Good food and service. We had Yum Cha here and they regularly bring out small quantities of different dishes so that the dishes were always hot and fresh. Best vegetarian dumplings we have had in ages.

Go early on opening and you have the place to yourself. Very nice yum cha, friendly service and good with kids. Price in the moderate range. Yum cha for my wife, 2 ye old and me was $45. About 6 dishes + tea

Freshly cooked, always piping hot, friendly and efficient service. If it's not on the way out they'll happily cook to order, and at great yum cha prices.
The owner is always chipper and warmly welcomes returning guests.

Do try the prawn Ha Gow-light, more prawn than any other filler, always perfect. Also, the sesame prawn roll, honey pepper pork, chicken wings, most steamed dumplings, egg tarts...

My favourite Yum Cha in Sydney. The lady owner is so welcoming and funny. The food is fantastic and it's fun to sit outside and people watch. Very popular for weekend lunch.

Have been going to this resturant for the past two months consistanty. Consistantly because of the quality of the dining and the stella service performed by the always friendly staff.

We had very friendly service and we were well looked after. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced.

Simply the best! Try the sweet and sour pork, steamed barramundi, and shrimp fried rice - delicious!
