Thank you so much Arlana (Property Manager) for you hospitality. You went above and beyond to ensure that my family were comfortable. Your attention to detail is second to none and if we visit South West Rocks again we will definitely be booking in with you. This little gem is walking distance to everything, Beach, Town, Surf Club even the Night markets, which were on when we visited. Highly recommend Wards Holiday Flats to friends and family particularly if Arlana is in charge.

I absolutely love staying at wards flats. Arlana is truly amazing, the place always looks perfect and clean. Arlana always makes you feel welcome and goes above and beyond I could not imagine the place without her and I honestly wouldn't want too.
I would give her 10 out of 5 for her service.

A fantastic stay in a beautiful town! Clean Rooms, Friendly staff and the location is amazing. Our kids loved the beach and the local fishing. Thank you for an amazing stay, I would highly recommend.

Home away from home.

We have stayed at Wards Flats a few times over the past 20 years and recently again at the beginning of August. It is still great value, handy location with nice clean accommodation. We would recommend it as a great place to stay with a nice holiday feel about it. Thanks Arlana (Property Manager) for our warm welcome.

Lovely location. Unit needs renovating when considering rent for a week in Jan is $1800. Shower pressure is poor and toilet is leaking onto the floor tiles.

Great value! Good location. Managers are extremely helpful. Reasonably comfortable, very clean and quite functional.

Very clean & great spot ,close to the beach

Relatively inexpensive but definitely in need of an upgrade. Spent 10 minutes trying to get the front door open on two different mornings, as it became completely stuck and took a bit of force. Great location though.
