The chemist (Ben) is very knowledgeable and provides excellent service and advice. The prices are naturally more expensive than the major cities. It is however, a small price to pay for the peace of mind and convenience of having a local pharmacy in our small community. It is a very personalised experience.

I visited this pharmacy today to ask whether or not the pharmacist could write a script for antibiotics as I believe I have an infected tooth which is quite painful. I knew that pharmacists can sometimes write a script in Queensland for UTI treatment but was unsure about other antibiotics. The young lady at the counter very helpfully pointed out that I was in a pharmacy not a GP clinic. The pharmacist who was in earshot the whole time didn't come over. Neither the pharmacist nor his assistant bothered to ask why I thought I needed antibiotics, or suggest another treatment which would tide me over until I can see my own dentist. Zero interest, zero customer service

Terrible prices. Would honestly recommend going into bundaberg for medications and such.
