Great little shop with a big range of items.
Friendly staff and new owners.
Great for the community as we are quite isolated.
Prices are more than woolies etc …but they do a great job meeting our needs.

Had a seafood basket here about 8 months ago and wasn’t too impressed with the quality. Back for another holiday and thought we’d give this place another go and get pizza. WOW!!! I love my pizza and I can say this place is amazing. Ordered 3 pizzas and easily the best 3 pizzas of my life. Reef ‘N’ beef, cane cutter and the meat lovers. Amazing!!! Worth the 5hr trip just for the pizza. Thanks guys. Will definitely be back on our next holiday for some more amazing pizza 😋

We just had the Monday $10.00 Cod and chips pack and Wow it was absolutely delicious very very fresh and service was amazing

We ordered a BBQ Chicken & Bacon pizza to be collected at 6pm. We arrived at 6.02, the drive anywhere in Woodgate takes forever 😁, and were served almost immediately having a piping hot pizza in our hands some 30seconds later. By 6.05pm we were home tucking into a delicious, generously topped pizza which we’ll certainly enjoy again. It’s worth noting the Woodgate Beach General Store has recently changed hands, thus any of the older reviews may no longer be relevant.

Had steak burger and fish of the day.
Both meals were really good.
Steak Sandwich with the lot, well constructed and well worth the money.
Fish was cod and was offered with batter or crumbed, filled the entire plate.
Chips were not oily or greasy just hot and plenty of them.
Value for money it is agreat place for a bite.
BTW drinks are cold and great prices.

We had a day out in Woodgate today, decided to gets some fish & chips. We ordered 1 piece of Barra and $5 chips. All beautifully cooked and tasty! It was more than enough for the 2 of us.

Best chicken schnitzel burger I’ve had in a while! Reasonably priced, all the staff are lovely. From previous reviews this shop has become more of a place you want to eat from. Couldn’t recommend more!

Barry and Rose McKeown, the props of this establishment are an Icon in Woodgate Beach. The improvements made to the surroundings since their arrival is nothing short of a miracle. The food presented has been selected, stored and prepared with nothing else in mind but the wholesome taste to their customers.

As a Woodgate local I’ve ordered many many times from this place and although no one is perfect they have almost always served us delicious seafood and I would recommend them any day of the week
