Very big and spacious store and many furniture to choose from including electrical and electronic items. Very friendly customer service like Sam in the bedding dept and Priya in the washer/dryer/fridge dept. They're very helpful indeed. Would not hesitate to come back here and buy other things again. A lot of carpark space.

We purchased a dishwasher & Fridge from Mohammad in the electrical section and he was lovely to talk us through the difference between everything & get us a great deal. On top of everything the fridge we got I wasn't happy with when delivered & Mohammad & Connor was lovely enough to go above & beyond to get us the fridge we wanted that was on back order and had it delivered to us a few days later from interstate with no extra delivery charge. If you need anything talk to him & he will help you out.

Awesome products, very high quality, excellent service, great warranties. I can't thank them enough - bought a fridge, washing machine and microwave and got a great deal. Also purchased a fantastic lounge all with warranties.

We attended the Munno Para store in search of a new bed and bedding. Sales consultant Marcus was exceptional in assisting us with determining the best mattress and base for our needs and also supporting us to be able to include additional bedding within our budget. Our washing machine died so I took a look in Harvey Norman. Spotted this Hisense 8kg machine at a reasonable price. The 2 Hisense smart TVs have been great so why not.
It has wifi and notifies you when wash cycle is completed. Not only that , you fill detergent and fabric softener tanks once a month. The machine weights the clothes and works out how much detergent and softener to add. We have saved a fortune so far because family members tend to go OTT.

Always get good service and prices here. Staff are knowledgeable about their products.

Came in today to purchase a new laptop and had the good fortune to be served by Josh in the computer section. Josh was very friendly and helped me decide what I needed, to achieve what I required. Josh was patient and understanding and very knowledgeable about computers, laptops and accessories. Recommended!!

Samantha is exceptional in customer service. We went to this store to use our store credit that we got after laptop crash down.initially they said we can only use our money for laptops. But Samantha from kitchen appliances department tried everything to give best service experience . And as a result we bought three products from them.
