Absolutely fantastic staff. I had an issue with an online order that was resolved quickly and the staff were absolutely a pleasure to deal with. 10/10 to the staff and store.

To whom it may concern,
I am writing this email to commend a certain staff member who attended to us on the 19/12/23 at 1910 - 2000 at Rebel Sport Munno Parra.
I believe her name was Alana. M
Both my daughter and I attended the Rebel sport at Munno Parra to obtain some shoes. This is always a daunting task for Me as i have size 14 feet, but am also VERY particular in my likes. In fact there have been several occasions when I would ask for a few pairs before giving up entirely due to sizing or comfort. Enter Alana, she was very welcoming and polite, understanding and patient. She must have scanned every pair of shoes in your store that night. And when we found a pair that actually was the right size, i tried them on and didn't like them, time after time. If she was getting frustrated, she did not show it. And although I was, Her demeanor was of such, that i felt comfortable to keep going. And i found and purchased a pair of shoes i actually like. So thank you Alana. But it didn't end there. My Daughter of 11, also required a new pair of shoes. She is right on the cusp of size 10 and above, which also puts her in the category of maybe sizing. But with Alana's advise we were able to buy a new pair of shoes for her as well.

Tldr: legitimately one of the best customer service experiences ive ever had. Staff were very attentive and understanding.

I wasnt really sure what to expect as im someone who has a lot of general anxiety and had no idea of my wants/needs for new shoes.

Upon arrival i was greeted by Alysha who asked if i was just browsing.
She prooceded to go above and beyond, from helping me find a shoe size, working out which shoe would be best for my needs. Checking stock levels at other stores to see if they had any available there. Offered options of me paying for it and getting delivered to my door. Ensuring that i was well versed about the returns policy if the shoes didnt work out.

At checking out, i was served by Abbey (Abbs) who was super lovely and friendly, engaged in conversation and made me feel valued.

Ended up having to return an item, and Jaylen was lovely kind and welcoming. Very helpful and quick and helped refund the item swiftly.

My husband and I purchased 3 pairs of shoes. The service from Connor was amazing, as was the checkout by Elyse. Beautiful young lady who is a credit to the store as is Connor. Well stocked and set out. Pleasure to walk into and browse. Two pairs of shoes had to come from another store , they were delivered to our home no charge. I cannot recommend this store highly enough. 10/10.

The young man in the sports shoes department this morning was so helpful and knowledgeable. I have a specific foot problem and he knew what shoes to suggest.....which I bought. Great price too.

Always go here to get grandsons shoes Lovely gentleman was run of his feet as it was the weekend Didn't keep customers waiting long Always acknowledges you which I personally think is essential in customer service . He couldn't find the size needed and checked, saying that definitely a larger size would be too big ..honesty ...but he could check another store Asked what store we would prefer Gepps Cross checked and got them to hold them.. Now that is great service people He is a tall young man ask for him He is well-mannered friendly and a great salesman who goes above to help customers

Goodness me, this place has just about everything sports related. Staff very knowledgeable and eager to assist.

Abs & Elyce Thankyou so very much your employer should be very proud of you girls for doing your job so well Your Kindness and help truly does go a long way especially in today's society it's very hard to find genuine staff who go the extra yards to please and look after their customer base. Connor was so helpful finding my daughter a new pair of shoes. He was so patient and comfortable speaking with my 4 year old. Instead of ignoring her like most other people do when we get new shoes, he made sure she was happy with the ones she picked.
By far the best experience we've had getting new kids shoes.

I had issues with an online order being returned to an interstate store. Contacted Rebel Sport at Munno Para and spoke with Daina. I can’t speak more highly of how lovely and helpful she was with resolving my issue and managed to have my items resent.

Great service although stock is limited than other stores.

Greeted by friendly smiling young chap upon entering who assisted with what my grandson was needing. Sized his feet, bought sneakers back at checkout within 10mins but busy time bit of a line up but overall very happy with all staff I encountered. Clean easy to move around shop, stock easy to see.....

Friendly staff, very helpful and knowledgeable happy to go back to spend again. Also they have a very good return policy and I would encourage everyone to take up their loyalty program in case you don't have the receipt for a return as its stored against your name.

I bought a pair of shoes from Rebel today and was helped with my purchase by Connor who was so patient and helpful, really knows what he's talking about too. Thank you Connor for all your help.
