Kmart Munno Para

Popped in here on 22/11 to grab some Christmas decorations. It's a great store and to Rory, the young female staff member that served us, you were brilliant! Thanks for all your help and in showing us where items are in the store.

They have a lot more stock since the last time I was there - a few months ago. Plus I grabbed some beautiful budget Christmas decorations and supplies :-)

my favourite store to shop at when I feel poor af. You can basically find anything here that you need. Except food. Perfect for people who need cheap kitchen appliances and bathroom things. I usually always buy a screen protector from here. This store is basically therapy for me. Nice employees.

Since there's been a change in management, the store is always full. The staff are friendly and helpful. I can go in and easily find what I want because the store is tidy. I can finally say I actually enjoy shopping here 😊

Quite a good and fast service. Printing photos and mugs.creating photo blocks are quite fast.Got it done by less than 15 mins.Amazing.good job guys.Not clear I believe the girl name was yuvira .very quick service.

Well stocked, organised, tidy store in the mall. Well staffed and usually short wait to be served.

Plenty of parking but be careful of the trolley bays. Cost me $7,000 damage to my car when I turned out of the adjacent car bay and hit the solid metal bar of the trolley bay.

I visited today (14/07/22) to return some items that I bought that were the wrong size. The male team member (I can't remember his name, my bad), was polite, professional and made the experience quick and easy.
We always seem to be fast at criticism, so I thought I would be the same with a compliment.

I would like to really say thank you to the amazing staff at Kmart munno para.
Today I came in with my daughter and her friend. I stupidly gave the girls $20 each to spend on whatever they wanted.
After looking g through the shops and choosing what they wanted, we got to the checkout to pay and my daughter realised her money had fallen out her pocket. She become very distressed tracing her steps to try and find her money. One of the workers approached her as I was still at the checkout with her friend. The lady ( who I am afraid I didn't catch her name) came with us to trace our steps back to where we had been. She let us know to leave our name in case someone had found it. We then went to leave the store and the same lady approached us and said that the store manager was happy to offer my daughter a $20 gift card. This instantly mad my daughter so happy and thank ful that she would be able to spend her $20 still. We just wanted to say how grateful we are and how wonderful and understanding the staff was. They had no obligation to give her a gift card, but they chose to make a sad little girl happy again. I can't thank you enough. Thank you. 😊

I went here on the 31st of oct, looking for an item that according to their online, they definitely had.

Afrer searching the store and looking all over i was unable to find it. So i asked a worker to help me.

Casey went above and beyond helping me for almost 20 minutes, even when other workers didnt help her.

Even though they didnt have the item stocked yet, i was so grateful for Casey's help 🥰

Good range of products, a bit scattered all over the place, however not as much range for things like clothing as the other kmarts have. Always have plentiful stock on shelves, good sales. Checkout wait time is not too bad with having more machines and a couple of humans, however on special occasions the wait can be a bit silly (but always cheered up by staff handing out free lollies!)

Only had display item on shelf but website was saying available. Went to Customer Service and they went and found the item in storage. All good and well-mannered.

Very big and spacious. A number of sales item. Labelled well so we know where to look. Lots of parking spaces. Not many people probably almost closing time

Absolutely love shopping at K-mart Munno Para, shop sells clothes that are brand you and very competitive with the salvation Army which sells second hand clothes and very expensive prices. Love K-marts selection of bras they need some more in size 16C as this is a very popular bra with the ladies. Prices for bras are very affordable and stylish. Very happy with recent purchases. Will always shop their while the staff are as friendly as they are and greet you at the door. Change rooms are always available and have excellent mirrors. Staff their are helpful and friendly too and will put away clothes that do not fit for you without complaint.

They all try and look the same. Some are mirrored and makes it a bit confusing but over all I like them. Just takes a while to get used to the check outs in the middle but then goto Churchill store and see them in old spot plus in the middle to makes it a bit of a strange visit to say the least.
