JB Hi-Fi

Partner and I went in to purchase some appliances as we have just moved. The sales staff member Alex served us and she was fantastic in explaining different options for the various items we were looking at. She was also incredibly patient with our 4 year old who was being a bit cheeky. Overall she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and gave us a great deal. Will definitely come back if we need anything else.

When I'm looking for electronic information or purchasing these items, I always get great service from staff at Elizabeth Store. The online purchase Click and Collect is a very easy process. Quick and convenient

My granddaughter loves JB hi-fi as she likes the figurines and collectible trucks or cars, plus they have a big selection of games, for all your game consoles! And prices are not too bad either! 👍🏻☺

Asked a team member for some help/advice.. awesome customer service, really impressed. Didn't get what I went in for because he was honest as it wouldn't have suited my needs but came out with a couple of different items. Impressive service, definitely recommend shopping at Munno Para

A great range of products and very friendly and helpful staff. Wyatt, who served us, was particularly knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, I would definitely go and see him again.

We have brought gear from jb hifi a few times now, and would have to say dealing with Lucy at Munno Para has us now deciding whenever we need any electrical items, she is the go to person, she was one of the most helpful sales people I have come across, very very happy with our shopping experience there.

Friendly staff that are always willing to help you out and find what you are looking for. They will even go out there way to match or better a competitors deal.

Typically easy access and lots to see and buy but this store does not have and DVDs for sale, only one I know that does not.
Apart from that a great store easy to navigate and quick efficient service

my new keyboard I bought from there didn't work properly and I took it back into the store and Blake had a quick look at it and replaced it on the spot, thank you JB Hi-Fi team, much appreciated!

Has all that you would expect any JB HI-FI to have. Staff are helpful and the security doesn't make you feel unwelce as soon as you walk through the door.
