Absolutely love coming here! The food is always fantastic, fresh and great quality. Yummy chips, burgers, wraps, salads etc…! Fantastic service and the staff are all so welcoming, friendly and kind! The milkshakes are to die for, I have never had a milkshake like it elsewhere :)

Stopped off for some quick food on our way out of Sydney. The sweet chili mona was great and the chips were awesome.

This is the 4th time I've purchased lunch from these guys and they have never disappointed. Great chicken burgers, love the hot ones. Professionally wrapped and presented. Nice chips, overall delicious, will continue to visit as a favourite

The BBQ Mona is the greatest burger I have had in my entire life. 11/10, if you aren't coming here, you're missing out.

Great food at reasonable prices. Customer service is consistently fast and flawless. Good variety of burgers and rolls. Roast Chickens are juicy and tender. Perfect place to get your hunger fixed.

My jeezuz best burger and chip joint on north shore. No joke, I'm a stickler for my american style yum yums, seriously excellent hot chips better than any fastfood chips (fastest service aswell!) the burgers are big and delicious (chefs kiss to the chef) and an exceptional price. I would protect this place during a zombie apocalypse anyday... godbless

This place has the best milkshakes burgers and fries, the people who work there are very kind as well as they have great customer service. If you want to either meet up with friends or family or even just by yourself this is the perfect place! 👍

Over the past 16 years I have lived in Northbridge and loved it, with great friendship surrounding me and a great family to have my back. Although its been great there has always been a little chicken shop shaped hole left in my heart. There have been many shops in this spot but none of them have filled that hole to its full potential. At first, I was hesitant to enter the shop because of past failures and disappointment of the previous shops but then I saw him. The man, the myth, the legend, CHAN!!!!!, The best customer service, the best Communication skills and just an all-round good bloke. I could not speak more highly of this man and sometimes when I’m not hungry, I just go in for a chat and catch up on life. He is amazing and truly gives the best service in town.

it was in the transition from the year of 2017 to 2018 when my eyes were open to that of the metaphorical church for chicken lovers, 'the charcoal shack'. I waltzed up to the counter and was greeted by the most well presented staff I've ever seen. Chet was his name. never before have I been greeted with such grace, such a powerful yet gentle figure. I ordered chips, but to my surprise chef threw a few pieces of pork crackling in the bag. it was at this moment I knew I had made a friend for life. A man who can appreciate pork crackling is a man who deserves everything and more in life. there arent enough stars on google to rate this shop. you couldnt call your life fulfilled until you have dined in this restaurant. warm regards to Chet and the charcoal shack

I have been coming to this shop for a while now. Their burgers are the best in the town. They got huge selection of burgers. My favourite is Tropo Mona 🍔😀. Definitely you got to try it 👍
