Friendly and people oriented staff and very professional implant surgeons that make you feel cared for and at ease. Had implant and dental surgery done on 4 continents, this is by far the best clinic I have experienced.

Outstanding professionalism and extremely good employees. Dr. Peake stands out and has wonderful intelligence with morals directing his decisions. Everyone referred me to Dr. Peake

I Had 10 implants placed in overseas and 5 packs of bone grafts. Unfortunately my body rejected a lot of bone graft in one area of my gum which then opened up into a large hole. I was scared going here, fearing that the whole thing had failed. The staff at the front are the most genuine and caring people and have helped put me at ease and make me feel safe and know that they have my best interests at heart...multiple times! Dr Park was fabulous in testing my implants, taking photos and cleaning out and resuturing the hole...I’m not a great healer due to my health it seems. At the moment it’s ongoing but the people here have helped me to keep my head sane (for the most part) and always let me know that everything is fixable. I have until December when I go back overseas for the completion, knowing that I have CIPC to go to, well, I have no words for how that makes me feel....like a safety net if I feel like I’m falling, I know they’ll catch me.

Couldn’t recommend CIPC more! Excellent service - friendly, knowledgeable & considerate team. Dr. Fell is wonderful, as is Sonia. Discussed processes thoroughly & communicated procedures & outcomes in detail. Very pleased with results & so happy to have found a safe, professional periodontist in Canberra!

The periodontal services are excellent. The staff are extremely professional. Dental implants are installed with a minimum of stress and time, and are great value for money.

The staff, including all the practitioners and support staff are excellent, if you can get an appointment.
Having an appointment doesn't mean much, they are always rescheduled or cancelled.

Very unprofessional staff, even the receptionist. I had an appointment and it took them more than a week to send the report to my general dentist. And when I asked why, they claimed it even takes 2 weeks. From my first day there I have never had a good experience. It has always been bad.

I found the experience of having two implants very painful and very expensive. I was very unhappy when one implant failed and had to be removed after less than 3 years, when the service from this organisation was disappointing. I would have thought there would have been a goodwill factor in significantly reducing further costs. However, check the fine print as to how much you will have to pay for the removal and a replacement implant!!

This place needs time management skills I've always had to wait at least 30mins past my appointment time.

As reflected by other reviews, poor communication and a disappointing post-surgery service. My enquiries were met with passive aggressive and condescension over the phone, while emails take up to one week to respond. All in all, a disappointing and regretful experience.
