Great customer service. Very professional. I usually always have issues with any healthcare professional finding my veins but they made me feel so comfortable and didn't rush me. My nerves before walking in fade away and left feeling accomplished and happy.

Very polite, friendly and helpful. I went in today for blood tests, and the man who saw me was extremely accommodating and made my nerves fade. I’ll be back here again for sure!

Went for blood tests. The lady was nice and kind, the needle doesn’t hurt.

I really HATE needles and when I have a choice this is my go to place for blood tests. I see the same guy, he doesn’t hurt & never had a bruise after!
If i’m chatty he will be too & when I’m not in a talking mood he doesn’t... Once I had to wait 10 mins, usually it takes 5 mins from walking in to leaving.
Can’t ask for more when I have to get blood tests almost monthly!

For those ones who are frightened and have tiny veins, they can set an appointment in the early morning, and the nurses at that time can easily get the blood sample without any hurts.

The phone number appears to not have a message bank. I have rung several times and it keeps hanging up on me after it rings out without giving me the opportunity to leave a message or ask for the call to be returned. Very frustrating given that the website asks you to call to make an appointment. I don't have the time to just keep calling, hoping that someone will pick up.

1. 5 hours waiting for a blood test, someone turned up after got called in first but told they had an appointment. The long wait time should be communicated at check in.

Very poor service, i had my 20weeks ultrasound on November and they have not send the report to my midwife or GP and it’s December now, called multiple times to reception and still have not heard from them. Now, i have to do scan again as my report are not available. Very dissatisfied with it👎👎👎

Service was mid at best.

But more so their lack of system for people waiting is why they got this rating from me.
People kept pushing in and what should’ve taken 10 minutes for me took far longer because of so many peoples rudeness. If this place had a ‘take-a-number’ system or anything of the sorts it would’ve been a much less infuriating experience.

He told me they charge 50$ on top Of Medicare rebates,
I’ll recommend Clinical Pathology opposite with no extra charges on Bulk Billing.

most worst experience My life ! !!!!!!!!!!You have to wait for minimum hour to have enquirer at reception, as nurse is only one person who handle desk and test so make sure you sit on queue even for hours . p.S you should have all paperwork on hard copy else you will be returned as staff there can't even have basic tech training to print your work via email .

Absolutely disgraceful service. 2 weeks ago I was able to get a covid test for international travel here and just had to walk in. Today needing the test, the woman there who clearly cared 0 told me they didn't do the test there

I went to the travel doctor who sorted me out straight away.

I'll never use this couldn't care place again.terrible

The service is so bad, if the Grinch worked here, he would be employee of the month. Literally (not figuretively) the worst service in Canberra.
