A little gem in Mirrabooka. Friendly staff, great meals, fast service. Absolutely love the beef combination Pho and the Tom Yum Noodle soup. Great value. I must visit here often as the staff know exactly what I want as soon as I walk in. The family love coming here for the noodles and bubble tea. I think I'll be back tomorrow....

One of our go to Vietnamese food. We have tried variety of their noodle soups, salads and broken rice. They are all delicious. Service is friendly and quick.

the vietnamese food here is so dardy and good value. i could get like twice the food here for the same amount id spend at mcdonalds and its so much better quality too. im white as but still really enjoyed the food here and felt immersed in the vietnamese culture. recommend the bubble tea and the customer service was very friendly.

I love the food, quality is excellent, I have never been sick there. Lots of choice, I recommend. It did use to be cheap but prices have gone up, oh well.

The combination beef ho fun soup is the star. It is not only the tasty soup. It's also the great beef meat too. Once I try it, u will definitely return for lunch all the time.

It's very honest soup. We need some more great food in Perth.
Ps I always ask for the enlarged ho fun soup with the extra meat. It is really worth to pay $15 for it.

This restaurant offers hot Vietnamese food, if you want something substantial and not just nibbles. There are a lot of exotic cold drinks like durian milkshake, which are nice for the adventurous palate. Tasty meat dishes are on the menu and the service is good.

Delicious and cheap! The Pho is by far the best dish here but we did try a number of other delicious things. We've been a few times. Once I got takeaway pho and it was so big we had to eat it out of giant salad bowls 🤣

There were quite a lot of very traditional elements to many dishes though so be careful when ordering if you're not adventurous....pork with big bones in it, strong tasting meat, etc. The ladies are pretty good at pointing out anything like this though that might not be stated on the menu.

Consistent! Came first in 1993 as a local resident kid, to which was close to the first Vietnamese restaurant in suburban Perth and returned over the next 30 years+.

We visited late lunchtime and were greeted warmly at the door. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. My friend's only complaint was that his dish wasn't hot enough. He always adds extra chili to almost everything so not a big criticism. He did say it was delightful. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for a tasty Authentic Vietnamese cuisine, excellent selection of food and great service, Hu Tieu Mi Thanh Liem is highly recommended.

Easy parking, the place is not too crowded, service is super friendly, the price is the most affordable for amazing food( apprx $11_$12).

I love everything I ve tried in the last 10 yrs, My favourite is the savoury pancake ( banh xeo), you will be impressed with this crispy thin layer of delicious flavour pancake, pork, prawn or chicken, served with fresh crunchy salad, divine dipping sauce.

Delicious food, efficient service and good prices, one of our go to places for Vietnamese. This place has our favourite for Bun Bo Hue vs other places. Other dishes are all good too!

Very good, always friendly service with delicious traditional dishes. Rice paper spring rolls are delicious, fresh and made on the spot. Spicy chilly chicken and rice is also very good.

This place is a hidden gem. Its a shame that they are not very busy. Food is always delicious and the bubble tea was good as well.
