Elizabeth Grove Surgery

Last week I was in Elizabeth Grove Surgery dropping off a Holter Monitor. I did not have an appointment as I was just handing it over in Reception. I started feeling very unwell and the lovely Receptionist gave me water, kept an eye on me and then got Dr Seema Jain to see me. Dr Jain took BP & heart rate which was high, called an ambulance and lay me down in one of the spare offices, under the very watchful eye of their nurse. Dr Jain's staff were nothing but compassionate, caring and professional. I cannot thank the wonderful Receptionist, fabulous Nurse and of course, lovely Dr Seema Jain for making me comfortable and watching over me so carefully.
I am incredibly grateful and wish to express my sincere thanks to the Elizabeth Grove staff.

I saw Dr Jain today after hurting myself yesterday (bruised ribs) as my regular gp was booked out. She was very nice, checked me over and put my anxiety to rest, and advised me which pain relief to take and a cream I could use on the bruising. Had to wait a while over my appointment time but that was fine; the clinic was very busy and the staff were clearly doing their best. I will definitely go back if I ever need to.

I went into the surgery 4 years ago. I was in a lot of pain and was sent for xrays and a scan. The Dr then sent me to the physiotherapist at this centre. There was calcification on my shoulder but after the first treatment with acupuncture, I was pain free and had full range of movement. There followed another two treatments and I've not had any trouble since. Prior to this, I had been going to physiotherapy at another centre for months. Cannot recommend this centre more highly.

This is the best doctors surgery in the northern suburb.after much looking I found doctors that are very caring and listen to you and the doctors and staff are all very kind and look after you with much respect. IT is very clean and modern. So many people have came in saying they didn't even know it was there and very happy to have found the doctors there.I wouldn't go anywhere else. Very caring, comfortable and clean.

I have been a patient at Elizabeth Grove Surgery for some time now, initially with Dr Yong (who was excellent) and then later with Dr Seema Jain once Dr Yong was on leave. I have found Dr Jain to be an excellent Doctor with strong links to her community and who cares deeply about her patients, Dr Seema is now my principle GP. I have also used the services of Dr Barker the physio there too who has also been very professional. I'm so glad I stumbled across this practice.

I have been a patient for several years, first with Dr Yong and then with Dr Jain. They have both been excellent, knowledgeable, and kind Drs. Dr Jain takes on a holistic approach to healing, providing preventative alternatives that considers not only physical health, but what you can do for your mental/emotional health proactively. I would highly recommend this practice to others seeking to better their health.

This surgery has been in our family for the last 25 years . The doctors are very professional and kind in every aspect and care about all your conditions and way of life . You are treated as a person and not a number as most medical centres do . 10/10 excellent work
