12 out of 10, by far the best mechanics in town. Service is fantastic, incredibly well priced and always completed to a very high standard. Cannot fault them at all, very happily get all our vehicles serviced through these guys.

We were in our way to the airport, and had a flat tyre. The team didn’t hesitate to help us out with an incredibly fast repair, to get us road safe again. This was in December, so apologies for a very late review.

I’m not from Perth and had major issues on the drive in and Melville fit me in on a Saturday and fixed my car within hours! Car is excellent now and I’m so grateful.

For many years, I was a regular Automasters customer but when I purchased my current car (new) some years ago, I decided to get it serviced with the dealer. At its last regular service, the dealer service centre advised I needed repairs to fix an oil leak and a steering issue. These were going to cost $1200 and just over $1000 for each repair. This seemed "high" to me so I decided to call my old Automasters service centre for a quote. They did BOTH repairs for $805!!!! Thank-you Brett at Automasters Melville. You've regained a lapsed customer!

My vehicle's air conditioner needed to be re-gassed. Rocco was very helpful and managed to get it done the same day. Being a wheelchair accessible vehicle, it was important for me that I wasn't without a vehicle for too long ... I had my van back within 3 hours! Rocco also organised for one of his workers to drop me off at home and pick me up when my vehicle was ready. Thanks again to the team at Auto Master, Melville!

I have very limited knowledge of cars so when my car broken down last week I was immediately fearful that I was going to be ripped off. I had $900 worth of work done on my vehicle to solve the issues and Chris at Melville went out of his way to explain the what and why he did it. Not only was this awesome service, it also gave me confidence that I made the right choice in choosing Automasters.

About a week later the car broke down again with the same issues. I took the vehicle back, this time got Dave, again Dave took the time to explain what might be the issue. He kept me informed and re-did the work at zero cost to me. The issue was rectified and when I picked it up Dave once again took the time to show me what they did on the car and why. Seriously awesome service! I will definitely be going back, well done men!

Top notch service, great communication, and fair prices. I’ve dropped my Q5 in a few times now, whether it be for servicing or repairs, Rocco has been exceptionally friendly, honest and informative. It’s now my local, I won’t need to go anywhere else!

Personally I would recommend Auto Masters Melville. It was my first time with the service center and i could not have wish for a better outcome. The whole team are easy to get along with especially and more from Dave. Listened to what was needed but also fixed that needed to be fixed. Not to mention how knowledgeable they were in terms of your car. Also helped me out with the insurance claim. They do not only offer exceptional service but also good customer care.

We have used Auto Masters Melville for servicing and repairing our children's cars for the past four years. Rocco has always been extremely helpful and takes the time to talk through what repairs are needed and the options. Most recently they fitted a clutch and new brakes and serviced an 80 series Toyota Landcruiser. Running like a dream. Highly recommended.

Was met by Darren the Irish Dude when we first arrived. We asked to be contacted before any work was to be completed on the car. He did phone and gave us a run down on what work needed to be completed in a priority order. Afterwards they phoned to say the work was done. All in a day! His service is fantastic. So I am taking the car back there for the rest of the repairs. Thanks team!!

I have never serviced my car anywhere else except Automasters Myaree since I got my car, and that’s almost 11 year since. I regard them as my car’s personal doctors and trust their knowledge and services they recommend and provide. I always feel comforted that I can always go to them when I’m unsure or need them to give a quick check if everything is okay. In recent times, Dave from Automasters Myaree has been particularly patient n very helpful in giving me appropriate advice on the maintenance of my magna. Diagnosed all the issues before doing any work and were 100% honest about what needed to be done and what could wait.

My Nissan Murano hatch door was not able to be remotely closed and the latch also not locking and it beeped while I was driving. This happened yesterday and I thought I better drove to Auto Master Myree for a check at 10am this morning. I was promptly attended and the technician was really helpful. He fixed the problem by resetting my car's control system; the remote functions and lock are all ok now. It took about 15 mins. Then he told me that the service was free; I insisted that I should leave some cash for drinks. The technician and manager reiterated that, no, we can't take cash. The service and professionalism of this place is truly the best I have seen or encountered for years. I have to express my gratitude and share this experience. I have a real good start of my weekend. 👍 👍 👍 I hope you all have a good weekend too.

Took my commodore in for an emergency coolant change, and David was more than helpful. First honest mechanic I’ve visited in awhile and good at what he does. Great service, friendly adivice. Would recommend and will be coming back!
