Mark, the guy who runs the place is the most helpful person you could ever find, he can help you out with anything you need. We had a particularly worn key that intermittently would not start our vehicle, Mark fixed us up with a new one that works every time.

Broken glass on my watch , and I asked about town for quotes, my answers were 3 weeks to repair and $100 later, this from about 3 places in ipswich. So I decided to call my my local, which was Express Brassall . Reply from there, unreal $40 cheaper and completed in 1 hr . Very professional, very friendly spot on service. Thanks mate

I recommend this guy! When I'd enquired about what I needed (chipped car key) I was informed of price (cheapest by far) and procedure. Every other place only gave me a price and most weren't capable or confident enough to even do the job.

Mark is so experienced in everything he does. Always great service and a job well done! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I thought I'd try these guys based on all the good reviews. Unfortunately that wasn't my experince. I took 2 watches to get fixed. I was advised one watch (an hairloom from my grandmother) would need to be sent for a repair quote. I said not to worry and I'll do that after Xmas. The guy said he would take it home to look at along with repairing a watch band on a 2nd watch. After 1 week it turns out he sent it away for a repair quote anyway and couldn't locate or remember which watch was mine. I lost a lot of confidence as I expected a watch band repair to take a few days only, and requested to just get my watches back. After nearly 3 weeks I went in today to collect and they still don't have them. I worked 15 years in retail myself and this was just sloppy practices. The other guys working today didn't seem to care much and just told me to come back tomorrow when the other guy I first dealt with is there and he will have my watches.. Really sucks when I wanted to support small local business. I have another watch and shoes to repair but I'll go elsewhere in future.

Update: I finally got my watches back with no repairs done to the watch I actually asked to get fixed. I was also told there was a $25 fee for battery replacement. I told the guy that the other older guy told me the watch doesn't have a battery. He removed the back to take back their 'battery' only to see the watch doesn't have a battery. How can they attempt to charge me $25 for a battery that doesn't exist. Very sus business practices.

went here to get my watch repaired and buy a new remote for my garage door. All the remote needed was new buttons an easy job I can do myself. he was quite condescending telling me I had to sync the new one up and he know more about this than I do. took me less time to replace the buttons from the new remote to the old one than it did for him to fix my watch band.

Older gentlemen was kind of rude and abrupt when I turned down getting a garage remote he quoted $90 - $110... The guy who installed garage quoted $60... Found the same thing on ebay for about $20 (even if it's lower quality, I could replace it 4 times over for that price) Still had some keys cut but I'll stick to Mister Minit next time.
