Beautiful location with a tidal crossing, beware you can only cross 1hr ether side of low tide. we had monster swells overnight and woke up to seaweed against our swag, most of the beach side campsites had water ingress from the tide, when we left in the morning. well worth it though, there were Brumbies roaming the beach in the morning too!

It was an amazing campground. You just really need to bring everything with you. Good experience for rough roads and crossing the river. Check for the low tide schedule before you go.

Have always loved this spot for many many years.
Some upgrades have been made to allow easier access. Amenities (drop toiletes) are well maintained and the current Park Manager - Matthew & his wife are lovely.

Words can’t describe how beautiful this place is. It’s like a dream. Secluded and great camp spots. Feels like you're on your own island. Heaps of firewood ready for you to use, they actually put it in your firepit for free. Super accommodating. Amazing experience.

A really nice campground if you like a place to get away and relax. Fantastic beach front sites, toilet facilities. Tidal water crossing to camp area so make sure you check times for low tide.

A beautiful campsite, suitable for a 4WD and caravan if experienced. Access to Pebbly Beach is via the neighbouring state forest, which is full of pot holes.

Low tide is the only time you can cross, around 2 hours on and after low tide. Walk the creek first and find the pebbled road that tracks through the creek.

The sites are very large and spacious, with some more suited for groups and bigger rigs. We had good protection from the wind and rain in site number 39.

There is currently a new toilet block being built, so there are portaloos scattered on the park.

It's a beautiful campsite during any weather, from the remarkable rock formations to the beach made of pebbles.

This is a booked site with no service available. It cost us $25 a night for 2 adults. A bit steep but it was worth the experience.

Was 2018 there and cant forget about it. Most beautiful campground i have been on my 1 year world Trip! Its a Paradise. Attention of the time to travel there! You have to drive trough water and have to think about flow and ebb. + always look for snakes ;)

Great place to stay if you are looking to get away from all the hustle & bustle of a caravan park. High clearance vehicle access only but is an easy drive. Campsites are clean and drop toilets are an added bonus. 👌 Perfect weather and great swimming!

Pebbly Beach is a jaw-droppingly gorgeous spot.

Rob the ranger is a top bloke and clearly a local legend. All the services here were in top order including toilets with ramp accessibility.

While we were here we enjoyed the lovely water for swimming, fishing and body surfing. It’s a pristine spot for exploring and relaxing on the beach.

The camping spots are located so close to the beach and we used the small tent area and had room to spare for a hammock! There were plenty of people around but somehow it still felt so secluded.

When arriving for Pebbly Beach make sure you know the tides as it is only accessible by beach drive and water crossing at low tide. The beach drive takes about 25 minutes (or less) from the turn off at the bins. When crossing the water at the end of this drive the water was only mid-shin or about 30cm at most spots if you pick your crossing right.

They are now using a second ramp indicated by signs. It is pretty easy to see, closer to the inlet about 30 metres. It should be clear by the tire tracks.

I can’t recommend this spot more highly and is the premier camping area on the East Coast I’ve seen.

Great place to visit depending on the crowds. Not sure if there were toilets. Creek crossing to get there. Make sure it’s low tide.

Stunning place to camp. Make sure you look up the tide times so you can get across the river crossing. Plenty of spots on the beach, and plenty of spots over the small dune if you prefer to get a little bit of shelter. 10/10, Worth the drive, and we will be back 100%

What a place, we loved our time there, we had no trouble towing our 17ft caravan in you just drive to conditions and plan your trip to match the tide the amenities are drop pit but when we were there it was quiet so they were very good, I feel bad about writing this review as more folks will go to this little piece of paradise.
In the words of Arnie ill be back
