nbn Sydney Office

Our NBN service was down as of day before yesterday. Our provider is Optus. The NBN technician Ms Emma turned up even earlier as scheduled at our Strathfield residence.

She fixed the problem without much fuss. She was so quick & absolutely efficient. Checked our NBN box initially & then went straight to the outside street pit pulled out a maze of coiled fibre wires & started to methodically clean out the terminals. 10 minutes later internet services were restored.

She is definitely an asset to NBN. Hopefully her professionalism will be recognised in NBN as I would hate to lose her if I am her employer. A huge thank you Emma.

The NBN team were very efficient to respond to my reported damage and repaired the cable permanently with a good ongoing communication with me via phone and email.Postcode 5016.They have in the the past been exceptionally helpful with previous issues.thanks 11 March 2024

Our internet went off yesterday morning due to a fault. Red Light flashing and clicking. I've got to say, for a company that gets so much stick, I was really really impressed with the service. Reported it Thursday afternoon. They responded really quickly and there was a technician out to my house first thing this morning. Very pleasant and professional guy. Got it sorted in no time at all and we're back online. Well done Telstra and NBN.. keep up the good work

I am writing to thank you and your service contractor for the very pleasant personal service that we experienced as your service contractor undertook repairs to our NBN connection, which had failed. The technician went out of his way to ensure our connection was restored and even returned two days later to check that all was okay with our system. Very pleasing to see that good service is still alive.

My tenants are having an Internet issue for over 2 months. I called Optus many times. The problem was unsolved and no further directions were given. I called NBN. Help was immediately offered. A special mention of a FIVE-star customer service: Barnaby Ford is a must. Branaby is friendly, easy to understanding, and most importantly he is very systematic and logical. He explained everything in simple way. 1-2-3. By doing all these three steps, I can foresee the problem will be solved. We need more customer service like Branaby instead of outsourced service outside the country.

After years of slow service and badly treated contractors, I am genuinely happy to be able to say "well done NBN!". Within 24 hours of reporting a problem, a highly competent technician came out, problem solved and then climbed a pole and fixed the problem! Outstanding. Great to see.

After talking with a second person in the company, a tech was sent out via my provider Aussie and found the issue immediately. It was that the old cable internet was still active and interfering with NBN. If you self install and have drop outs this may be the cause. I have to applaud how quickly the customer service issue was resolved it’s beyond appreciated. This shows that small business and family needs are taken seriously if they have all the information.

It pays to live in a marginal Labor seat. The Libs have made sure we got our super fast NBN rolled out quickly so that they can swing our vote LOL. Been running the 100/40 plan since December 2015 and despite a copper line issue that needed some re-terminating I am happy with the generally 75-90Mbps download speeds.

Hello fellow NBN cool dudes! Im very much enjoyment of my chippy fast broadband nbn connection. From the moment I said OK my internet was fast and good. much much better than old telstra wala with slow skype and cricket streaming. Thanks NBN for bringing me closer to my amma back home in UP (thats uttar pradesh for you!). sat sri akal.
