Friendly staff, Great nurse, Great set up they have a few beds there like a hospital room and Pathology. And Dr Jansz who truly cares about his patients and goes above and beyond. Hence why i travel some distance per appointment. Special Thanks to Mandy,Rhona and Dr Jansz who has been so kind to me over the years.

I am a New patient, I was seen to promptly and Dr was really friendly. They also have a pathology room there, so I could get my blood tests all in one location. So glad I found this medical center, and so close to home!

Coming from the eastern states, very disappointed with service given by Dr Narelle Rodejis, I only wanted a short appointment and ended up being there a while due to conversation on my past, no blood pressure taken when I mentioned I was tired or advice for my tiredness, when requested a bloodtest for hormone levels even though it was six months ago since last check up, this was rejected. Only thing done was she quickly checked a skin infection and printed out a script for antibiotics, cost for that 25. Dollars for a script! Impression given - "couldnt be bothered"! Will be seeking advice from other locals for recommendation of another dr in the Bunbury, Busselton area. Very sad, gone are the days when Drs treat you with duty of care and try to get to the bottom of the problem that you are seeking and paying for help for, I thought there is more than just giving a script and sending a patient on their merry way, in the medical profession, when you can't be bothered and lack interest in taking time to research or help a person, time to think about another career, its not all about money.

Was so sick I could not get out of bed.
As was every other member of my work crew
DR Rennie refused to give me antibiotics, and I remained the sickest I have ever been for 21 days.
Unbeknown to me, other members of my crew saw their doctors, were given antibiotics, and one even went back to work 2 days later.
I can't recommend the medical centre, they wouldn't know a sick patient if they threw up over them.

I have repeatedly requested my medical records and have been ignored, unprofessional and very rude. Will now make a complaint via legal sources.
