Bay Wash Laundry Brighton

It's a clean and comfortable place to do laundry; next to a brilliant french bakery and near the 7-11 an IGA, but the French Bakery is only open Thursday-Sunday. The place is great, always clean -- but I can't recommend the smaller washing machines as they sometimes don't spin out enough -- but the medium-large washing machines (3, 4, 5) are great. The super sized ones used to be good, but now I don't recommend them (1 and 2) as they no longer do a long wash and don't spin out as well;

So choose 3, 4, 5 ($12 each) and some of the smaller $8 machines but don't overload. Dryers are superb; go for HOT setting if drying towels and sheets. Handy to use the computerised system by the door to pay - super easy, works really well especially as I used to use my phone app to pay; but I left my phone at home one day, and the system on the wall is much faster/easier than a phone app anyway.

I love this place: using the mobile app to pay is so so easy. Removes a MAJOR hassle of all other laundromats: the “oh man, I don’t have enough coins”. Quality machines: new, large, fast and efficient. Whole place is clean and comes highly recommended

Went here to wash our our doonas after a camping trip. $7 for each machine for a 27 minute wash. Powder available from the machine. The sign mentioned that change is available from Benson's next door. Didn't use the dryers. Noone attending, but I didn't need anyone. Doonas have washed brilliantly. Very happy.
