First time visiting Bungalow Trading and it was a great experience! The shop is gorgeous with a fab range of homewares and gifts and the staff were so lovely! We’ve just moved to the area and this was my first time visiting, it didn’t disappoint. Also my first time out with a newborn in a rather bulky pram and the staff were so helpful and accomodating! Made me feel right at home. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend for all those in bayside and surrounding suburbs.

Friendly service and had just what I needed!

After a physic appointment, wanted to treat myself. After having driven past many times and admired all the beautiful things in the window, this was going to be the day.
Walked into the store and started looking around; listening to the sales person discussing at great length, and detail with a "customer" her layout of a bedroom.
No acknowledgement, no good morning, complete disregard.
Just a tip guys, you lost a customer, you lost a recommendation from a local; who likes to shop local, and while your products are amazing, your customer service is not.
Won't be back.
