Standard petrol station, has limited range of products. However customer service was exceptional and the manager there was very helpful in sorting out my car wash issue.

It's a PETROL STATION people not a 5 star resort! 95% of the negative comments are for the car wash, which they don't own or operate, google search listing incorrect hours, frustrating, been there I know, but nobody has control of what Google does, they have 98 but not 95? Cmon I mean really, and one entitled greenie has the Gaul to complain about a PETROL STATION with no TESLA CHARGERS? People need to get real. It's a petrol station. What do you really expect?

Lots of negative reviews but I have always had pretty good experiences with this store.

Car wash opening times NOT on the car wash receipt, also not displayed on doors, nor at car wash entry! When i asked the staff they said 8:55pm. But tonight i went especially early but they CLOSED the roll-a-door over an hour before! Asked them politely to re-open but they refused because they say "its quiet tonight" ? It seems only one staff member available & she wants to sneak home early! As i drove away even the fuel pumps were switched off much earlier than 9pm. If they want customers shouldn't they be staying open a few minutes AFTER the set time rather than the other way round ?!?

I bought a ticket for 2 car washes, 2nd one had only just expired, I was told it's worthless.... I was spending well over a $100 in diesel a week there and partner $50 a week in petrol, we both go elsewhere now, this is mainly directed at the owner, for the cost of a wash I had payed for you cost yourself $600 a month . Customer service does still exist at other places.

The worst experience ever! I had a car wash today and it didn’t wash my car properly so I told the customer service person inside and she was very rude to me and would not give me a refund.

Went in for a car wash on 10 Nov. The machine didn't seem to work well as the car was still dirty after the wash. Hence, raised a complaint but was told that the owner isn't in and the staff can't do anything about the complaint. Asked me to come back later (even when I don't live in the area). Not satisfied with the service at all.
