Hi Tarryn, It seems you visited the LPO on 10th August which is a declared public holiday in BCC area. “Closed “ sign was also posted on the door. If you are mislead by google timings then you must raise it with google.

Rude, abrupt and miserable fella runs the show. Probably my 5th visit and last - every time is the same experience. Some people need to find another line of work because working in this job is not his calling obviously
