Kinda too pricey for my liking but some of the stuff here can be very good. Staff is very helpful as well so makes me feel welcomed into the shop.

customer service at the register was horrible. the staff took so long to check out each person because they were having their own conversations amongst each other. the cashier with me didn’t even greet me and had her head turned to her friends to talk with them. when i already paid for my swimsuit, she left it on the table at the register and didn’t even hand it to me so i had to wait 5 minutes after she finished talking to her friends before she gave it to me. there was only around one worker that was nice and helping around the place. other than that, a good selection of brands but pricey.

Need to teach the younger staff about customer service. The boy at the change rooms didn’t acknowledge anyone, just grabbed the clothes and took them into the change room without even a ‘Hi’, and mask under his nose. Stood there looking very bored and like he didn’t want to be there. Young lady on the floor was friendly and helpful though.

The whole store is a total mess, clothes are put randomly everywhere, so hard to find an item, terrible experience

Why do U have a phone number if you ignore it all day..every day. Again and again..it just rings out. And you ignore Ignore online requests. Useless customer service..useless website offering products U don't even have to sell.

if i could give 0 stars for the customer service experience i just had i would. staff were rude, disinterested and had little knowledge of the system. left the store feeling upset.

I just waited in line for thirty minutes because one of the employees refused to serve at the register because she bullied me in high school and made everyone in the line wait to try to bully me again two years after high school ended. Horrible service.

Purchased a pair of men's cargo pants "Jacks" brand. Lasted 4 months (bought Dec 2017), before a rip appeared long the seam. Phoned the shop to ask what could be done and they said they would replace them. I drove 15 minutes out of my way to do the return and when I got there they told me they were out of warranty (only 30 days). Was told if they weren't such a cheap pair, the warranty may have been longer. They cost $50. Leaves me distrusting quality from a surf shop in general. They have lost me!
