I love the people who work here! They're great real people who actually care about their customers!

The food is always of a great standard. When quality hasn't been what they strive for, they tell me. They have had some challenges over these past few years but have always done their best to stay committed to their great standard for a takeaway shop!

My only gripe is I love a big schnitzel hot pack... And theirs aren't as big as I love them. They still taste great!

The food at Strand Chicken Shop is Amazing.
And the owners Denise and Michael our beautiful people I've known them for over 20 years or more and I've never had a problem with the food at all...
Like to say thank you for the service over the 10 years or 15 years or more that I've been going there. Anytime I go in there to buy lunch or tea always friendly staff working there.

Just moved back to Reynella and tried The Strand Chicken Shop. Great customer service and great food. They told me the fish was a bit small so they added more at no cost, that’s a stand out service in my book and shows the customer appreciation.

Whenever I find myself in Adelaide visiting family 90% of the time we order here, high quality very consistent delicious food. Never had a bad feed. Great food is one thing but what keeps us coming back is the customer service! Always top notch thanks everyone, see you next week.

Grest little place just found for lunch. Lady that served me was great. Friendly and a good chat. Loved my hot dog and chicken and gravy roll. Chicken and Gravy roll was one of the best I've had. Will be back. Thank-you

The best fish and chips at a good price plus meal packs with veg and roast potatoes made to your choice and really good sized serves. Friendly and fast service too! Chicken meal pack with chicken, pumpkin, potatoes, peas and gravy. Delicious!

I wouldnt run out of superlatives to describe our local takeaway shop... Incredible, outstanding, amazing, delicious, fantastic, friendly, quality etc. The gorgeous owners and their super assistants, wonderful menu and great tasting food. Food was delicious and so quick service, people were really kind and friendly. You have to take away cause there is not too much space to eat in.

Ordered a winged-qtr chicken, chips and gravy...

Chips: 10/10 - golden crispy, moist potato inside, plenty of flavour... and not that cheap powdery potato texture and "flavour" that a lot of places use now.

Chicken: 10/10 - plenty of seasoning put onto the bird before the cooking process, chicken breast was moist and fell apart with the use of a fork only. Skin was perfect and could tell that the chicken was cooked to perfection, Just superb.

Gravy: 10/10 - had a hint of herb to it and possibly a hint of garlic could be wrong, but that delicious balance between some salt and flavouring to make this gravy something I could comfortably drink by the cup as long as it's hot.

Service: 10/10 - anywhere that uses smiles and warm body language inclusive of how I was addressed, especially during these times, deserves lots of patronage.

Price: 10/10 - anyone could barely buy the ingredients to cook it at home, for what it cost to purchase, ready to eat...

Your store deserves the glowing reviews that it has. Thank you for another memorable experience. Not the first time that I've visited here.

We have always enjoyed Fish n Chips from here but, today we all had a Hamburger with the lot....Yummy!!😋😋 haven't had one for many years and it was absolutely delicious. We might make it a fortnight or monthly treat👍😎

Sometimes you just want a good old dirty hot dog. Nothing fancy. Just tasty goodness. This satisfies all those simple necessities. It's DELICIOUS. I've tried some other things and they're always good too (honourable mentions to the jam donut). The staff are always friendly and attentive. Will be back again and again. ☺

The BEST potato cakes ever!!! Lovely service with a friendly smile. Hot dogs are awesome. Fresh fish & yummy chips! And the specials they have are super yummy savers!

First time coming here a few weeks ago and the food and customer service was amazing. Definitely will be coming back.

First experience today after sport, staff and shop very nice. Fish, chips and onions rings cooked to our liking and delivered to our car in good time. Will revisit soon.
