Very neat and clean room all facilities available in room thanks very much good accommodation ☺

We booked a twin room, but it was a bit noisy for my sensitivities. After checking the last twin room, I spoke to the receptionist who put me in touch with the manager who arranged a nice quiet room for our two nights. Thanks to the receptionist and manager we had great sleep for our busy sight seeing days.
Their professionalism an attitude towards customer satisfaction is difficult to find these days, but much appreciated tourism specialist.

Very happy with our freshly renovated room. Shower with rain shower head was excellent! We enjoyed a beautiful meal in the Angus & Co restaurant. My husband had the Fish and Chips and the fish was beautiful. I added grilled prawns to the Green Goddess Salad, compliments to the chef! They literally melted in your mouth. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. No hesitation in staying here again.

We did not use the restaurant but the room was good. Very comfy bed and friendly staff.
I read reviews saying the rooms upstairs at the front were noisy but we had one of those rooms and with the door and curtains closed there was no noise.

The room was clean and comfortable, the location perfect and the staff friendly. I left my phone charger in the room and only realised once I got back to Perth. The hotel staff were so helpful and posted it back to me at no cost. To me, that shows they really care about their customers. My thanks to the staff who arranged it. I would definitely recommend Ibis Styles Albany.

I'd recommend staying here to anyone looking to stay in Albany. The manager Adam helped me out in a big way with a great rate . I would rate their food at a 5 star level with their chef really knowing how to cook. So well done to the chef . The rooms are tidy and the cleaners passed the crumb inspection.well done cleaners! so overall I really can't fault anyhing about this place. Its a gold star from me. I'll stay here next vacation for sure. Thanks everyone 👏👍

Fabulous mixed grill and delicious Churros. Keen to visit again soon. Lovely to be in a restaurant where you can actually hear the other person talking for a change. Great service. Highly recommended!

Was the food micheline star.....well no. But if you're expecting that, then I would suggest you suspend your trip to Albany indefinitely.

The rooms where cleaned daily and the bathrooms wiped down.

Stayed during middle of winter with no problems staying warm & dry.

Had a 2 night stay last week. All we can say (from reading some reviews,) is that some people are ludicrously fussy regardless of price/value.

Ibis is always clean and comfortable. Albany Ibis is getting a bit tired but in all a very good place to stay. Restaurant staff need a tad more training but unfortunately that's normal in WA. Before anyone gets on their high horse I'm a West Australian who has traveled. All in all I would stay here again.

Last Saturday night we had our 13th annual Glenda GAGGLE at the restaurant Angus & Co, at the Ibis Hotel in Albany WA.
Adam was a very attentive host and our night was a very friendly & relaxed social gathering.
Many thanks again to you Adam & staff for a lovely evening.

Nice, clean hotel. The all you can eat breakfast was great as well with delicious sauteed mushroom, bacon, and sausages.

Very cheap but clean, tidy, great service! Things are a bit worn but it is a budget motel. Love it! Breakfast is outstanding!

Hotel manager Mr Adam was really helpful when we approached without booking in the middle of night especially it was super cold.. Room was clean and comfortable and staffs are friendly helpful
