Rose & Crown Hotel

Stayed in the accomadation for a long weekend. The place was lovely and clean and the bed were super comfy.

Nice and quite and the bathroom had great water pressure.

This was a total surprise and knocked it out of the park.

Staff lovely and polite.

I didn't have very high expectations given the bad reports I had heard about the place. We had just been to a funeral and decided as a group to have lunch there. I was pleasantly surprised. The service was great and so was the lunch. I would recommend the Rose & Crown hotel.

Accommodation a nice surprise and was very good, comfy, clean, modern renovated rooms, great beds slept so well here, Netflix, serviced daily, staff in the bar very friendly and helpful, and for the price great value !

I needed a quick place to stay one night, and even though I called at 10:00 PM at night, they still allowed for a late check-in. The facilities were basic, but nothing less than advertised. The noise from the pub below was minimal and didn’t prevent me from sleeping.

Returning a few weeks later. The dinner service was great, and the beers on tap refreshing.

Good local pub, good when winning, not so good when loose, walking distance. So not bad.

From the moment you walk in to the moment you walked out the experience was outstanding. The stuff welcome us straight away. Our seats was ready. The dining area was clean. We ordered and within 20 mins our food was ready. Fresh and homemade. Everything was well cooked, well plated. I've been to many pubs in my time and honestly this goes top 5. Do not let the location fooled you. If you want a beautiful meal and a place to take your family this is the place. I strongly recommend this to everyone. This is a place that needs to be back on the maps again. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Went to the Rose and Crown for lunch on Saturday with 23 people from our social club. Never been there before so didn’t know what to expect. OMG 😱 was I surprised. The staff were fantastic, the service was wonderful, the dining room area was awesome and the meals were absolutely delicious. Everyone had something different and the reports from my friends was that it was an amazing lunch and they would definitely return. So thank you to all the staff. It was an excellent lunch.

This place is good for the food the service is great here and always love playing 8 ball here great place to have a drink

Absolutely loooove this place!! Was the first place I actually won money at without having to put in hundreds of dollars. Keep up the fantastic job R&C!!!

Conveniently located and easy to find. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy however bathroom was a bit cramped. Bed was very comfortable with an extra minky blanket supplied. Tea and coffee supplies in the room was a nice touch. I could just hear the noise from the pub but it wasn't loud and finished before 11 pm. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Restaurant within the building was nice although I did not receive any discount on my meal for being a guest.

My client has asked me to put a review up as he doesn't have Facebook. He loves his food and goes somewhere new every week. This week was Rose and crown he was very happy with the supporting staff and how he felt comfortable straight away and he said the food was amazing best bangers amd mash he has had over the last couple years and my snitty it's self was great new chicken they must be using was delicious and the gravey was on point 👉. Will definitely be back with my client for the next item in the menu

Pleasantly surprised, and would def recommend for an overnight stay that is convenient to Elizabeth area (we are from the other side of town and came for a netball carnival).
Our 2BR apartment was spacious, clean and had all we needed. Kitchen facilities were fine with a full sized fridge.
The bathroom was spotless and the shower good and hot with good pressure. Beds and pillows were comfy and lovely grey mink polar fleece snuggle blankets for added warmth.
You could hear noise from the pub downstairs until about 10.30pm (we stayed on a Sat night) but not enough to be annoying and after that it was really quiet and we all slept well.
We had dinner in the pub downstairs with a free drink each included as well as 25% off our meals as hotel guests, and our steaks and burgers were good.
For the price and the convenience to Elizabeth, I thought it was great!
Staff were friendly and nice too, and happy for our daughter to take her dessert upstairs to our room to have watching TV.

Could not fault the meals the service or the price. Visited twice in several with 6 others who also had high praise for all the different meals.. Bread rolls really hot salads all fresh and the chicken steak fish beautifully cooked

It's perfect the staff are warm an pretty dam funny. They are not posh ...not ritzy but down to earth solid people. The locals are laid back and happy to chat. No bad point apart from one I can think of is they need access for elderly or disabled as it's second floor ....kinda applies to Playford night cap as well .....

Had a meal with family here tonight, food was good value, tasted great and was served promptly with a smile.
Nice atmosphere and great meals for a great price, their pub raspberry was awesome, one of my favourite drinks.

I legit had the best service from a woman called Melissa last night she was soooo friendly and soooo helpful definitely one of the best places I've gone to play the pokies and actually had Fantastic service ! Will 100% be returning there !!
