SureStay Hotel by Best Western The Clarence on Melville

I recently stayed here for 3 nights. The room I stayed in was somewhat dated, however exceptionally clean, comfortable and welcoming. Room amenities included a walk in robe, mini kitchen with microwave, various drinks and snacks, queen plus single bed, sofa, table and chairs. Bathroom was clean, bright and well stocked with numerous towels, face washers and floor mats. Bathroom was also wheelchair friendly with a walk in shower, and rails there and around the toilet. My room was well serviced each day. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful in response to my queries. I would define stay here again when visiting Albany.

Stayed here recently whilst travelling around wa , rooms were clean , tidy , comfy beds, nice hot shower and parking out front can’t ask for anything more really.

Central, quiet, private and owner Elizabeth and husband are friendly, welcoming and made me feel like I was the only guest there. Highly recommended for your time in Albany.

Great and comfortable. Had a great time sleeping here without any disruptions and thank you and the customer service it was excellent they were really nice this is worth the price staying here this is too good for a motel one of the best we’ve been to.

Great vintage and super quiet rooms, with all you need. With a great view up the top area to overlook the city and excellent amenities and a restaurant on site, there is more than enough for a restful time.
The very best is the absolutely amazing and caring staff. They went out of their way and above expectations to help us. I highly recommend SureStay

Lovely place to stay in Albany. The ladies at the reception (during check in and check out) were so compassionate and helpful. The room was neat and tidy and the room service was excellent. The location of the stay is in city centre so it was a 20-25 minute drive to all of the scenic places.
We only had issues with the wifi range but that was definitely not worth taking a star away from the service we received! Keep up the good work guys and thank you for your excellent services.

Lovely 3 star hotel that lives up to all realistic expectations. Both staff members, at check in and check out respectively were unfailing polite but also very genuine, which made me leave the reception with a smile on my face.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the TV modern and the complimentary tea and coffee was enough to get the heart started in the morning. The only thing I would suggest would be some wine glasses. Maybe my room just missed out but drinking a nice Mt Barker red out of a coffee cup reminded me of my university days.

The bathroom was basic but spotless and the water pressure fantastic, which was just the thing after a 5 hour trip from Perth.

It was a cold night but the a/c unit at the end of the room kept things warm and comfortable. Just remember the on/off switch is by the bed (for my room anyway) and I did the typical male thing of trying to fiddle with the unit rather than reading the sign next to it.

I liked the SureStay Hotel. It is centrally located and delivers what it promises. I travel to Albany frequently for business and I will be back.

Very clean comfortable rooms and a good sized pool

Lovely clean newly renovated room by new owners. We stayed in a queen bed and single bed room. The little touches like coffee pod machine and torch next to bed was great. Room had lovely fresh smell. Staff were very friendly would highly recommend if you are looking for a weekend away. Close to centre of town so an easy walk to shops and restaurants.

Real stand out was the lady on reception 25/03. So polite, super helpful, really good member of staff!

Quiet, clean. Lovely staff, cleaners are gorgeous always happy to help and give a wave while being very busy.
The only thing we found strange it didn't have a microwave so we could warm something up. Especially if a family had a little one that might of needed a bottle warmed up.

Our family of 7 enjoyed a comfy stay at the Surestay. Thank you to our housekeeper who looked after our room, much appreciated 🙏🏾

The house cleaning staff are a stand out, and really putting forward a great face for the company. Office staff friendly and genuinely happy to see you. Rooms comfortable and well appointed. Nice location.

Located really close to the city centre and close to fast food and restaurants with a great view and very comfortable rooms.
