update: 23/01/2024 on Tue. I've been calling this agency to check on the parcel status since 10AM. It's 2PM now. You can't be that busy. Here is a solution: If you don't like talking to customers over of the phone, opt for SMS feature via Google maps. It's free. Just add your mobile number and respond to your customers! If no one answers the land number, try this 0414 (the rest is at the end of the review. ;-)

Visited here for parcel collection. The old man was prompt in his service. There was a kind lady working in the shop. The parcels 📦 where located behind the desk. The wise man said show me the email you received. He asked the name of the recipient. The whole process was a breeze. 🪧 the colour of news agency name is yellow (hi-vis yellow) which can be hard to spot if you haven’t been here before. That is, you cannot see it once you enter the plaza. You’ll need to walk further until the electric stairway. (587059)
