Lovely staff treated me and my dog with a friendly caring manner and helped till we got the answers needed

I have nothing but praise for this team of animal lovers. We have always been treated with kindness and professionalism. My baby Smeegles received the best care when visiting. Special shout out to Dr Henry. His knowledge, expertise and kindness is to be commended.

Staff were so lovely to us and our cat, Luna, who was feeling well out of sorts. Vet explained everything really well and sweet and gentle with our girl. Very, very happy with their service

These guys went above and beyond for our Dog Russell. What was thought to be a cyst was cancer and they called and informed us all the way through which was amazing.

I have always gotten excellent care at a reasonable price for our pets here. The staff are wonderful and the service is great. They have never tried to sell me special overpriced products the way many vets do. Recently, when our beloved cat needed a specialised surgery, they offered what they could but also recommended a larger vet hospital with specific equipment that made that specific surgery safer. I greatly respect that dedication to quality of care over just profit for themselves, even in economically challenging times.

Staff here are genuinely interested in the welfare of your pet and are very accommodating in answering any concerns you might have.

Handled my grief at having to put my beloved cat to sleep really compassionately. Explained everything well.

All staff at the vet's were gentle and kind. After an accident my Chi was seen to get quickly and efficiently. I couldn't find fault if I wanted to.

Dr Austin came to our property to assist us with our final moments with our most beloved of dogs. He was lovely, compassionate and patient. The support staff who made the arrangements were also great. Thanks for your profressionalism and caring.

We recently went through the difficult process of having our best girl, Bella, diagnosed with Cushing's Disease and also other complications. When we decided that sleep was her best option the staff were so compassionate and understanding that it made the decision somewhat easier to bear.

This was my 1st visit and I will definitely take my cat back again. All the staff were very friendly and professional and took great care with my cat. Highly recommended.

This practice comes highly reccomended, found a very badly injured cat, took it to this vet, it was too badly injured to save and had to be euthanised, while we were there, they told us she was a nursing cat, we went and located 2 of her kittens still alive, took them to the same vet where the tiny little kittens were examined, turned out they are about a month old, was given powdered milk to feed them, sadly the weaker of the two developed an infection, again took him to the same vet who advised us that the kitten should be put to sleep because it was so very poorly possibly because he had been left for too long without his mother before we found her. All this cost us nothing even though we were fully prepared to contribute. We still have the remaining kitten who thankfully is still thriving and will of course continue to see the same vet. Thank you very much.

The staff were absolutely amazing, they were so compassionate when we had to put our little fur baby to sleep.
