I had a fantastic experience with my recent ultrasound scan! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Agnes is highly skilled and took the time to explain each step, making the entire procedure smooth and stress-free. I appreciated the attention to detail, and the images provided were clear and comprehensive. Overall, a top-notch service that I would highly recommend to others

Our little toddler needed an ultrasound on her neck. I was worried about her not sitting still and the whole process being stressful. Agnes totally proved me wrong! She was so patient and reassuring to our little girl & made the whole experience fun and calm for her at the same time as getting the clear pictures & info she needed.
We had all of our baby ultrasound scans done with Agnes too and couldn't recommend more highly 💓

Really good service, the staff were really friendly. I went there for my pregnancy scans after having had a bad experience from another provider. Agnes was great and really patient, since it was my first pregnancy, I had lots of questions and Agnes answered all my questions and really made me feel good. She was not rushing and did not treat me like a number. I will continue attending here for all my scans in the future, small friendly professional team.

I’ve done my 6 and 12 week scan with Agnes and she was amazing! The images she got of bub is just incredible. This is my 3rd pregnancy and with neither my first or second was I able to see as much details of bub as Agnes was able to show us.

One of the best of Medical imaging centres in town. Everyone is professional and friendly from the time you walk in until the time you leave. I needed an urgent ultrasound for the weekend and despite being full, they took me in. I would definitely come back again. Agnes's the sonographer is Amazing. She makes you feel comfortable and explains every procedure before hand. I would definitely recommend Prospect Medical Imaging.

Loved the service offered, I met the practice manager (Agnes). She was very nice and addressed my questions with the outmost sincerity. The students there were very professional and very! Considerate.

Today my husband had a booked ultra sound. I had to help with making it easier for Agnes but what if I wasn't there for this scan? ... On his referral Dr stamped bulk bill. We have both been to this practise more than once and never have had to pay. After the scan was done she asked for payment at a slightly reduced amount. We were overwhelmed and surprised to be asked for payment and also felt pressured to pay and it not be bulk billed! We will not go back to this practice and not recommend it either.

Worst service operated Agnes was rude had no understanding of disability would not let me get on the right side of the bed so refused to do ultrasound demanded I have a student present during scan never go back Agnes claimed to be owner.

Notice to the owner: I noticed you are not willing to put your name to the response. How many people do you refuse to do ultrasounds? Try being more inclusive and cut your rose bushes back from the disabled bay so people can actually get out of their car, and have the door near the parking unlocked so clients dont have to walk all the way around the front of the building which is difficult if you have an injury or disability. And if you want a student to be present let clients know before they attend, i was in too much pain to have to deal with someone learning that day. It is not a good policy to force your clients to have students present (with no proof who they are) why bother asking me if its ok when i said "No" you refusing to do the procedure unless I accepted this condition.
