Pickers and packers for online need to be trained on how to pack groceries. I have stopped using the online service as I have had too many issues with deliveries. The store is always clean and customer service is always great.
The Mochi they sell is delicious.

Can not fault this store at all. It is not currently my local as I live in armadale but the selection is far better than my local Coles at Haynes. Also always get all my items from click and collect shopping at a time that suits me.

I would like to praise a young man, one of your staff members, named BEN who was working in the self check out section this afternoon. The machines were playing up so he was constantly being called to overide, and there was a customer winging very loudly abd angrily about there being only 2 cash checkout machines( which is a management issue that may need to be addressed as there were 2 ladies waiting to pay cash and they were both rightfully very irritated at the time it took to get a machine). But BEN was calm, polite and very patient and handled himself and his response to the irate customer with such dignity when she turned on him and blasted him about the lack of cash check out machines. Well done BEN. It’s was a pleasure to watch you working in a very difficult situation. Pippa

This Coles is huge. Don't think I've ever been in one so large. I don't even know why it's so big. Do they sell washing machines? I seem to remember that they do. If so, that may contribute - need the extra room for whitegoods.
Dairy section, like at all Coles, is organised without any seeming rhyme or reason. Milk and yoghurt on the back wall. Some more yoghurt, cream and sour cream on the inside edge of first aisle. Some cheese there, some cheese near vegetables, some cheese in a different location entirely. Icecream back left (from the entrance) of the store.
That's all Coles however. Back to the room: so roomy. Very generous walking space between vegetable and bakery sections. I would be able to perform lunges without bumping into anyone. The aisles are wide enough to kick-up into a handstand, long enough for about a dozen rolly-polys. Doing a jog around the block (of aisles) would be at least 400m, good training too, as you'd get to practice dodging and weaving. They also sell mochi, which I'm told is trendy.

Byford Coles is great, always have my items I need, its ways nice and cold in store, coming in from hot weather. Staff are amazing and helpful. Food is fresh, and lots of variety. We are lucky to have such a big store in our small suburb

One of the best, if not the best Coles Supermarkets I have ever seen. So easy to shop, with excellent layout, awesome friendly staff members and managers and everyone's favorite lots of self-serve checkouts. Easy front door parking, click and collect convenience... THE BEST

This place is beautiful. The people who work there are really nice. The store has a wide variety of products, and the prices are good value for money. Customers also get rewarded for shopping often. That's why I pick Coles!

Fresh produce has improved so much! The new manager is really great and the staff at the checkouts are always polite, pack your shopping well and enjoy a chat. Well done everyone!

A perfectly fine example of a Coles store. Seriously what more do you want? The staff are always nice and personable. Sometimes they even have toilet paper in stock.

Always friendly staff they are ready to assist you when needed.

New clean friendly facility. Floor is very slippery though. Hard to push a full trolley around in thongs. ..lol. but love the place. New butcher is great to see also.

I am very impressed by my local Coles Byford store. I always do my shopping there. Last Tuesday when I was last there I was so disappointed that I couldn't purchase some items for my pet cats. Toilet rolls no but also cat litter. My gosh when will shoppers become less greedy and begin to think of others who also need items as well. But staff there are always so helpful. But like other people they have feelings too and when they have to be putting up with shoppers who can be so rude. They go into the store in a bad mood and I've seen some take it out on the staff. No one should have to put up with this kind of behavior.
