BIG W Armadale

We go here a lot, great customer service, good products, good prices, I did think that there was way too much chocolate on display though.
Products for sale (east to west) walk in and on your right you have sunglasses, health and beauty, includes facial cleansing and moisturising for men and women, hair removal including cremes, waxes, razors, trimmers for men and women, sunscreen and cosmetics, sanitizers, dental care including teeth whitening kits.
Moving along to your left you have adult men and women's clothing, to your right is the vast baby area, starting with nappies, wipes, nappy bags, cloth nappies and clips for them. Bottles, formula, bottle brushes, sanitizers, beast feeding pumps, feeding accessories, baby hand care, baby skin care. Teething assortment s and bath toys, facecloths (washcloth/facewashers). Then on your right you have baby seats along the wall, and prams, cots, bassinets in the corner, baby books, infant suits - bonds, big W brand, baby hats, and children's swimming gear.
On the back wall on the right, there are boys children's clothes, and on your left and you follow the path are men's and ladies shoes, in the back right hand corner are children's sleepwear and more footwear.
To your left men's clothing, work uniforms -for office wear and trade wear, men's and ladies. You then have electrical on your right, DVDs, games, a photo processing booth with computers to plug in your device or sign into Facebook and print off your favourite. You can even get your kids school labels done on these systems. Going further along on your right is kids toys and recreation, with more recreation to the left and right inc camping and outdoor and indoor comforts, towels cushions, and at the centre you have school stationery! Lots of it, I think I counted about 10 aisles at least with both sides packed with back to school stuff.
In the back left hand corner is the party room, balloons, helium balloons, and themed party decorations and more. Coming back out and moving towards the front left corner there is pool care, garden care on your right, cleaning products and laundry goods in the front left hand corner of the store, moving along at the end, you will see a variety of kitchen ware, kitchen appliances, registers check out on your right and Manchester on your left.
If you can't find something ask their staff. Lifegoals, buy an entire BigW store, so underrated.

A nice quiet store and always greeted with a friendly welcome.
Had a nice walk around to purchase a variety of products that were all on special, mainly household items. They are obviously getting ready for the back to school stationary sales as they were busy restocking shelves and displays.

I recently purchased 2 pairs shoes for my wife, as the size was incorrect I along with my wife did visit the BigW in Armadale (tonight) to change the size.
The young man, Lachlan, working at the service desk was extremely helpful!
Lachlan, was understanding and obliging.
We are very happy with his service provided, we would like to pass on our gratitude and thanks.
We hope Lachlan is recognised for his efforts....BigW needs more people like Lachlan.

I've been searching for this Russell Hobbs Addison Digital Kettle at BIG W Stores & was so delighted to find it online at Armadale Shopping Centre last night.....so I popped into the store today & bought mine.
Cannot believe it was only $69.00.

You know a store has amazing staff, when as a regular customer of about the last three years, certain employees of the store actually become your friend.
A handful of the women at big W Armadale are just beautiful, they always ask about my family, chat to the kids and we enjoy a quick catch up at the registers or fitting rooms. They are friendly bubbly and approachable and would go out of their way to help. They're just a delight

Attended the shop on the 30/05/2022 and had the best experience. A young lady, Shane, was putting drinks into the fridge near the checkouts. I asked her for some information about a pre paid gift card, which she supplied. I had my hands full, and she right away jumped onto the check out and served me. I am in my seventie, so was very grateful. A real asset to the store.

A well stocked store with all the items you would expect from Big W.

Compared to Target, Big W is bigger and on most things, cheaper.

A good place for party items as they have a party store at the back of the store.

A well stocked home section, you can bulk buy items such as laundry powder and dog food.

I have been extremely impressed with the service I received both over the phone and then in person at the Armadale store. Staff went above and beyond to help me with trying to find a receipt on their system when I couldn’t give them all the information they required. Both Jodie.R and Michele in the service desk were more than happy to do everything they could to help me and I wanted to say thank you to both of these very impressive ladies. Customer service normally gets a bad review but I want everyone to know that the Armadale store has definitely employed ladies that actually care about their customers and have a can do attitude. Thank you for making my experience so positive Big W Armadale.

The staff were awesome finding a particular toy for our grandkids.

The staff in the toy department were extremely kind and helpful. The lady we particularly interacted with went out of her way to help my son find a Transformers bot bot he was looking for which was unfortunately discontinued. I don't think it is even her usual department. People say alot of bad things about Armadale but when we go there to do any shopping the staff in all the big stores really stand out for their friendliness and kindness very down to earth. It is definitely not always quite like that closer to Perth. Anyway, the lady in BigW made my son's day by listening and helping.

Great store well stocked. Great location especially if you don't drive it's a five minute walk from Armadale station. Has an amazing selection of lingerie at great prices quite a big range.

Love our Big W store.. I have always experienced well mannered staff who have gone out of their way to help me find what I am looking for, and if they don't have it, they certainly try to find somewhere that does have the product I want. Thanks Big W Armadale for making my shopping experiences happy ones. Well done 😀

Its a big box store, in a tired mall that ain't doing too well. Yeah I know it sounds like a downer, but the advantage with that is that they rarely run out of the heavily discounted goods. You know the stuff you can never find in the regular popular locations, because they are sold the minute they are advertised. Well, not here, we save hundreds of dollars on single items, always sold out everywhere else, but not at this little secret of an Aladdin's cave. We use this for these special items only, as it is waaaay out if our way, and have done it many times. In the end, it is just a big box store, but this one will have those heavily discounted items you can never lay your hands on, days after being advertised. I assume the staff is great here, but we have always used the self checkout, and this is a little strange when I think of it, we have never interacted with any staff there...

I received the best customer service today when I phoned Big W.
A lovely lady Sarah answered the phone and listened to my request regarding a product code. Sarah put me on hold for a short till she found out if they had the product in store. Lucky for me it was on a pallet waiting to be distributed in store. I really needed this product tonight and asked if there was any chance i would be able to get hold of one. Sarah said she would check and get back to me. A while later Regan phoned me to say that I could collect the item from the lay-bys dept. I collected the item and received the same friendly service from the lay-by department as well.
I would like to say a big “THANK YOU “ to these staff members who made my day!!
