Oh boy. The speed, the care, the professionalism. I was beside myself watching this team of gentlemen work together with such haste and integrity. It was only a 5kW system but it was up and installed in no time. The team leader also took the time to explain how it all works to me and my lovely wife, also helped us download the app so we can track the daily sun squeeze! I recommend this company to anyone.

The installers came on time and they were easy to talk to. I had heaps of questions regarding the panels and they were all answered to the best of their knowledge. Very happy and satisfied.

Has all been smooth sailing so far from start to finish. They were on time & only took a few hours to to it, was surprised how quick it was. Was given a quick run down on how it works. Hopefully we will see a decent savings with the power bill.

Solar panels installed last week, I was sceptical at first because of the low public reviews from others mixed in with the high public reviews, it seemed like a mixed bag, but the whole experience has been really positive to date. From when a person came knocking on the door, leaving their details, to the sales rep who came to the house and explained the commercials and contractual components to us, to the day of installation with the sparkie and trade assistants, everything has been a positive experience so far. Admittedly, results may vary based on the staff that people interact with, but I was very happy with the professionalism and expertise of the staff that came to assist us. In the spirit of transparency, there was a day in the last week when the inverter was faulty but it turned back on the following day, likely was just mechanical issue and we’re monitoring it now, so far it has been running smoothly. I already recommended Solar Naturally to my parents and friends, and would recommend them again to anyone.

My experience with solar naturally was great from the first person I talked to, to the appointment to discuss options and cost to the installation, the guys who installed where fast, great with communicating with me and able to explain my system, even went as far as some parts for my people love overly excited dog to help keep him settled on the day with the noise and people on the roof and around.

The technicians that installed the panels and meter box were very professional and very informative. One of the technicians said couldn’t put panels on the side of the roof with the solar hart as there was insufficient room for panels, and discussed best option because of this, very much appreciated this.

And they also showed what was happening in the app with usage of the panels

Had a very friendly and productive chat with a member of sales-team Dean. My wife and I unfortunately travelling abroad so not pursuing solar in the short term. Would consider in future, but cancelling meeting was simple and easy with good customer service checking in on our experience.

Solar Naturally were very good, it was completely hassle free and accomodating. We got our panels in on time, they were installed quickly without fuss and overall up and running in half a day. Open and honest about the system, no pushy sales on the spot. We had turned down many other competitors for this reason. Was great to just be offered the best solution for our situation that maximised the benefits. Happy with our 6.64 kw system.

Simple and efficient. They even allowed us to move our appointment a few days as we were in isolation as a close contact.
They turned up when they said they would, did the job in the time they estimated and it has been generating the correct numbers for a few weeks without issues.
I was lucky to get the same size system as my parents just down the road, so I could compare numbers and it’s spot on.
