First and for most customers service is outstanding. Every time I have gone in and been welcome with out that overly corporate feel a lot of places do. The discount are amazing and beat almost everything and there is always something interesting available as well.

Definitely more of a merch store but still get console parts and games.

10/10 they keep stealing my money 😆

Overall all the times I have been into this store I have seen nothing but great things come from the staff members and the quality of the products within the store!!

Overall EB games deserve more than a 5 star because they are soo much more friendlier than some of the other game stores in Albany WA!!

EB Managers also make sure the staff members are feeling safe and secure and happy with their jobs.

Always a pleasure to visit this store. The staff never fail to be helpful and friendly and they know their stuff too.

This is my fave store in Albany hands down. I’ll never not pop in when in town. Every single member there is part of the most amazing team. The service is the best all round I’ve experienced in any store and it’s always a pleasure to see the staff and the environment they create there, and all I come across feel the same. I want to put them all in my pocket! They are a credit to your business when I could have the online option but the charm of shopping in store trumps all. Staff were fantastic. Very helpful and knowledgable. Made me feel welcome and helped me find exactly what i needed. The store layout is well placed, well organised and well stocked for a country outlet. I would happily recommend EB Albany. I give it 5 stars and two thumbs up 👍👍

My wife and I visited this awesome store today with two friends and we had the pleasure of meeting all the staff at EB Games Albany and had the time of our lives. They were all extremely helpful and nothing was too much.

However one of the staff there, named Tony, just went completely above and beyond when he reached into his own personal collection of Pokemon cards and gave some amazing ones to a sweet boy we were with. I was so so impressed by that because not many people would go out of their way that much to help someone that they might never meet again. But we will all definitely go there and visit Tony and the amazing team whenever we go to Albany 😁

Absolutely top staff! I enjoy going to EB Games Albany, every visit there is something new and exciting and the staff top the store off always friendly and willing to give a hand when needed even if I know what I’m looking for. And as a local got to love some friendly banter wether it be about Xbox consoles or PlayStation. (Personally Xbox through and through just saying guys and gals!) but in all seriousness I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for gaming supplies. If they don’t have it in stock their always happy to check the wear house to see if they can get it in. Can’t beat the customer service experience I’ve had at this store thanks to all the team members you make my nerd experience amazing!

Went in with my son to buy some pokemon booster packs while on a trip from perth. The team was extremely nice and hands down had the best customer service in all of the eb games I've been to. Tony and Erica went above and beyond to make my son's trip even more memorable. Im extremely happy with the service these guys gave us. Definitely recommend these guys to anyone going down to albany. Keep up the awesome work guys. You guys are amazing

I only came into the store just to pass the time before my interview started I came at approximately 115pm on the 17th of February and the woman behind the counter was so friendly and polite we even made small talk and wished me luck for the interview, I will be back, to buy something when I move down and even hand a resume in

Best store in the city for buying or selling games also getting all of your console needs filled or maybe you're on the hunt for Pokemon merch/cards or just gaming culture merch in general then these are your hard working, friendly and helpful staff to help..
