Sea Lounge

Wicked restaurant, was super quite when I came in with my partner, ordered the Lounge seafood platter for two. Saying it was good would be an understatement. The muscles same in a lovely coconut curry sauce. Freshest oysters I’ve had in awhile with prawn bao’s to put the cherry on top. Definitely a sweet restaurant to bring your partner to. Well done 🤙🏼

Pricier than some Indian restaurants, but the location is outstanding and this is the best Indian food we have ever had. The combination of flavours was totally different to what we have experienced in the past. The Chef - Lalit explained some of the dishes, and service by our waitess Ribca was excellent! Also Coeliac friendly with all staff very aware of gluten free and ensuring no gluten in ingredients and no cross contamination . Worth a trip to Glenelg just for this - highly recommend and we will be back!

What a great and rare combination of eating Indian Food and enjoying sunset at Glenelg Beach!! Immaculate place👍🏻Every single dish delivers delicious flavours to the palette. The menu is as diverse as it gets. Amazing food presentation as you can see in the pics!! There are some very interesting flavour combinations, that only an experienced professional can balance to perfection. Everything is perfect !!! There was one girl serving us she did a great job without any issues. Great Ambiance and amazing customer service!!

We ordered the coconut cream infused prawns to start, and I had the duck curry, and Jess had the chilli prawns for main.
Oh my word, we were in heaven...
We had the view of the sea to ourselves, and the staff were welcoming and attentive.
I especially commend "Will" the bartender, who welcomed us in, and made us the best cocktail I've had in years, with strawberries, mint leaves and a slice of orange to boot!!
The menu offers a great variety, and you won't be disappointed with the presentation.

A friend and I decided to try the Sea Lounge Indian restaurant for lunch yesterday and we had an amazing time. The restaurant itself is beautiful and the menu is so varied and authentic and the prices were very reasonable. The dishes we tried were all so tasty and the staff bent over backwards to adjust one of the meals as my friend cannot eat chillies. This was no problem for them at all and the meals were great. The staff were so friendly and we're told they will be extending their kitchen to incorporate a sort of outside Tandoori kitchen with huge kebabs and their wonderful nan bread on offer to passers by. It will be an added sort of showcase to their already extensive menu. I would urge anyone to give it a try .

This food was soo tasty!! Vegetarian curry I had had very strong, delicious flavours, and I’m so grateful they had separate vegetarian menus with plenty of options, as there aren’t many vego options along the marina. The restaurant is really nice inside and the workers were very kind, accommodating and attentive. Didn’t have to wait an excessively long time for food either (although it was a quiet night). Definitely plan on going back!!

Just so good. The food and service was completely superb. We had beef vindaloo and a pepper chicken dish - both gorgeous, but the accompanying naans, rice and sides were awesome. Surely the best Adelaide Indian food. We will be back.

The Marina In Glenelg has a really nice ambiance. With so many options, we thought to give the only Indian restaurant a go. And we’re glad we did.
Beautiful service, amazing food with exquisite flavours and a modern take - possibly the best Indian we’ve ever had.
Highly recommended and would love to get back there some day.

Had lunch here over the Christmas break and have to say that it was a fantastic place.
The Indian was full of authentic flavours and the service was engaged and helpful.
When we asked for recommendations we were given some great advice.

Is neat and clean, the ambience invites you to get into full relaxation mode, the food was delightful, portions were generous and service outstanding.

Is a MUST when visiting Adelaide. It also has great Seaview.

We would HIGHLY recommend the Sea Lounge at Holdfast Shores. Fabulous views of Glenelg at evening (sunset). Mussel Curry and Aisian Prawns salad followed by Spicy Duck and A very impressive steak dish. Unusual presentation. Recommend. *****.

Butter chicken and cheese naan was a huge hit with the kids (not spicy) and the mushroom dish was fabulous.

What a meal we have had today. On not the best of days, weather wise, we have been served the most fantastic food, and the service, ....outstanding. We will return, with family and friends. Great day......

Had my Hen's night celebrations there, friendly staff, good service, beautiful cocktails with yummy food, friends are all enjoyed it

Dined here last night was a great experience food is to a very high standard Staff very attentive as was the chef who explained about his food that he prepared .Looking forward to going back.
