Nol-Si

I had family visiting and brought them here for dinner. We had to add more people into our reservation at the last minute and the owner was very accommodating.
Everything on the menu sounded so good, so we ordered a different dish each. Everyone enjoyed their meal tremendously.
I chanced upon this gem on another occasion and am very happy with my first dining experience here. I will definitely be taking friends and visitors here again for dinners and celebrating occasions.

I had come here with my partner and had a great time. From when we walked though the door we were warmly welcomed by the owner.

The food was delicious (I got the prawn linguine) and great value for money.

Overall I can’t recommend this place enough for a cute dinner date!

Having moved to Mt Hawthorn a while ago we finally got to visit Nol Si. And so glad we did. We are already planning a return visit.

This is relatively small restaurant so I would advise you book ahead.

The menu offers a 2 course for $39 and a 3 course for $49. Where else can you get these prices in Perth?

And the food was excellent. All 3 courses.

This is our local favourite. Incredibly consistently good food at very reasonable prices, byo and with great service and atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Went here with friends for dinner and was so impressed. The food was delicious and the staff were lovely. They were super accomodationg of my friends 2 kids as well which was really nice. The boys really enjoyed their steak (cooked perfectly medium rare) and my fish was beautiful as were the garlic prawns. Finished by sharing a cheeky brulee. Also yum! Worth a visit if you're in Mount Hawthorne.

Nol-Si truly earns its review rating, the beef cheeks and garlic prawns were spectacular! The owner Amit was extremely welcoming and service was excellent.

A 5 star quality restaurant with a personal touch and service to all its customers. Celebrated my wife's birthday and we couldn't have asked for more. We tried their 3 courses that included the garlic prawns $3 extra, tandoori chicken a little dry, the perfectly cooked beef cheeks, and our desserts were the tiramisu and creme brulee which were not bad. The rasberry ice cream was definitely a stand out. The chef is an absolutely great bloke and made sure he checked in on all his guests and made everyone feel right at home. His waitress was by far the best photographer helping us capture these precious moments and was so attentive throughout the night. A great atmosphere and we'll most certainly be back the next round to try the rest of his menu. Keep up the great work guys!

The Wine & Food Society held a wine tasting accompanied with a dinner at Nol-Si on 17th March 2024. We were very excited and grateful to Nol-Si who opened the restaurant just for us, being a Sunday and their day off.
As always. the food was without fault, fresh, delicious, well cooked and perfectly executed. A simple menu, Modern Australian, yet no matter how many times I order the barramundi, the garlic prawns, the tandoori chicken and the beef cheeks, they are all delicious. The tiramisu is rich and decadent as is the crème brulee, with just the right amount of crunch on top.
Being BYO, also allowed for our group, the chance to taste and enjoy the fabulous wines shared by Michael Tamburri from La Vigna, our go to wine store in Menora, with such a wealth of knowledge on wines and an incredible choice, we were in wine and food heaven.

Boyfriend ordered garlic prawns for entree. The prawns came very promptly and they tasted super fresh and juicy.

Pork belly was so tender and the skin super crispy. Gravy and sides complimented the pork very nicely.

Service is amazing and great value for money. Owner is super welcoming and even remembered us when we came to the restaurant for the first time a few months ago.

Consistently good food at great prices.

This is definitely one of Perth's best restaurants. The food is excellent, the service friendly, the prices very reasonable. Try the prawn linguine, beef cheek or pork belly. All are absolutely fantastic as are the deserts. Give it a go!

Exceptional food, fine dining quality. Service is middle of the road, but if you're after great food at a reasonable cost Nol-Si is the best.

Fabulous little restaurant with really tasty & great value food. They specialise in three courses for $59 which represents great value. Good wine shop over the road with cheap corkage. Give it a go, you won’t be disappointed.

Truly was one of the best meals I have had in a long time! The beef cheeks were melt on the plate, never mind melt in the mouth! Amit and his team really strive to bring the dining experience to that extra level and also take time to chat with guests. I look forward to my next visit 😊

Another stunning meal and experience from Amit. I've been fortunate to have been coming to Nol-Si for a few years now and have never been disappointed. I still marvel at how he manages to run (a now busy) restaurant on his own, and still have the meals well presented and out very quickly. Previously the Witches Cauldron until closing had Perth's best garlic prawns, and so far Amit's are as close as you can get to them. He sources his produce well and the sauce is so moorish he'll have to double the bread serving. The main meals ranging from pork belly, barramundi to the linguini's are all beautifully cooked and I enjoy having something different each visit. The value for money is beyond exceptional for this level of dining, ambience and service. One of my top 5 restaurants in Perth along with Wildflower, Le Rebelle, Nobu, and Friends and a must visit.

Amazing food and the best customer service I’ve experienced in longer than I can remember. The staff at this warm and welcoming little restaurant are so vibrant and polite - it’s a pleasure every time we visit.
