I went to Tredways today with my elderly parents looking for good sturdy shoes for them and we were served by a beautiful young lady called Mollie.
Her service was impeccable. She was knowledgeable, attentive, honest, and so so kind and patient.
She took the time with my mum and then my dad.
It was easy to spend our hard earned cash there because we were looked after so well.
Highly recommended!

Wonderful, helpful staff. Amazing customer service, HUGE selection of DM's. Nothing was too much trouble for Denise who served me, she took at least half an hour helping me, making sure my new shoes were just right. I highly recommend this shop and staff. Top service with integrity, as well as an excellent range.

I bought a pair of Docs from their other store about a year ago. They soal split after a year of wear and I took them in to the store of purchase to see what they could do for me. They sent me to the Mount Hawthorne store where the manager was located.

I'm very please to say that they replaced the shoes with a new pair, as well as some complimentary polish and a coffee next door. For my trouble.

This is exactly the level of service and integrity that should be expected from the best retailers. I can't recommend Trendways more highly!

We were served by the dark haired English woman with glasses, and she made sure our experience was exempliary! She helped me find my correct fit, offering insoles when I was a troubled inbetween size. Only regret was that we didn’t grab her name to put in this review. Thanks for the docs, see you in 40 years!
