Can't fault their serviced. This is my go to place when I need anything electrical. What I really like is that the first price they give you is their BEST price and it's very competitive to top it off they go above and beyond to get the right product for you. We were looking for a stove for an elderly relative that needed certain safety features on it and they were great, can't say enough about their service.

The store manager, Peter was extremely courteous and helpful with my inquiry over the phone and due to the unusual times even delivery was offered and accepted. The sales assistant, Dayna who delivered my article was extremely polite and friendly.

Purchased a new tv from Josh not long ago. He was kind enough to drop it off to my house free of charge (although I understand they do ALL delivery in town free). After giving me a bit of discount on the tv I treated him with a cool glass of lemonade which he really appreciated (too bad I didn't have any biscuits to give him too!). Wonderful service by all the staff who seem like they really enjoy their jobs!

Purchased an electric frypan this morning and was served by Dayna. She attended me straight away and new her products. She was very courteous and eager to oblige. I will continue to shop locally here - always get what I am looking for at a decent price.

This store went out of its way to fill my online order afternoon being the third store that my order was sent to. All dealings here showed excellent customer service and communication and they apologised the weeks of delay with my order even though they filled myer order within one hour.
