Been going here for 15+ years, Dr Philip has been mine and my family's primary GP during that time and has supported us every step of the way. The receptionists are so lovely and kind, and are always happy to see me. This clinic feels like another home to me, been through so much with them and will eternally be grateful for their support and help.

My kids had a few emergencies in the last few years and I am grateful for the care and support given by your clinic and our Dr Jahan. When you are really sick, you know how important it is to have these quality medical providers near your home. Thanks for being there.”

Dr Phillip is amazing. He has been our doctor for 6 years. He is a lovely Christian doctor. Love the worship music playing in his office, very uplifting. He has seen me through multiple pregnancies as well as melanoma and various other medical issues with my family. The receptionists are lovely. The girls who have been there for a while know each of our names, ask how family members are going, etc. They are genuine and caring. The nurses are great. Have only had a problem with one nurse (a new one who has just started and made a mistake with my stitches) but otherwise the others have been wonderful. Yes, the wait time can be long, but I don't mind waiting to see such a fantastic doctor. Would rather wait and see someone who is thorough and knows his stuff, someone who remembers us, knows our history and is so knowledgeable, than go somewhere quicker and not be cared for as well.

I have found an excellent doctor at this practice as my last GP made me feel like a number during consultations and was waiting ridiculous amounts of time in the practice. The doctor at this practice has always rang on time or near the time allocated for my appointment during a telephone consultation. When I have actually attended the practice, I am seen on time and treated well.
They have gone above and beyond to meet my health needs as well as my husband's and daughter's, even during the uncertainty of the pandemic we have at the moment.

I have been going here for over a year now. Staff are pleasant. Appointments are readily available and wait times have varied between 5 min - 20 min. Doctors are varied some more detailed than others. Doctors have always listened promptly to any concerns that we may have. Overall an excellent experience for my family and I.

Dr Keh is an absolutely amazing Dr and a wonderful, caring person. My family have been seeing him for over 10 years and he has always been professional and spot on with his advice and treatment. He helped us through many difficult stages and made it possible to bring our beautiful son into the world. There are no words to express our gratefulness to him for all he has done. I have always found the staff to be kind and wonderful also. Thank you for all you do.

Dr. Mohammed and Dr. Jahan are great.
They try to help you any way they can. The availability of blood testing is fantastic and the nurses are really nice. My daughter has a needle phobia and they let us wait as long as we needed occupying a bed until she was ready for her needle. They know what they are doing and the receptionists are very nice to me and my kids.

Attended with a child who needed stitches after falling off a bmx at a party. Cannot fault this practice, was in and out within 30 minutes. We were shown professionalism and compassion and the child was able to enjoy the rest of the party. Thanks for providing a great service :)

Visited Wednesday night (18/9) and saw Dr. Berk. He was fantastic, lovely doctor with a great personality and he genuinely cared about my reason for being there. I wish more doctors around my area (Western Suburbs) were like him. Thank you for making my visit less stressful and more relaxing :)

Don’t know why people complain about wait times yes it’s annoying but you realise emergency cases come through the door and it means appointments get pushed back. Would you be jumping up and down like a toddler throwing a tantrum if they were trying to work on someone having a heart attack? Grow up one day that might be you in that situation you wouldn’t appreciate people complaining then. Receptionist are amazing nurses and drs are also they have helped me through a lot of health issues

I'm new to the area, Dr's are good and no long waits.
Reception staff is great, very helpful and nurses are terrific and are available clinic hours 7 days per week.
Convenient parking
No complaints!

I am impressed with Dr Uthpala Bogahawatta. When she says she is going to do something, she does it! I am impressed with her professionalism, occasional sense of humour and I don't feel like i am treated like a number with her. Well done!

Good doctors . Good clinic. Just avoid dr.uthpala. not good experience with her. She can hung up the phone on you during tele conversation without giving you medicine. Duty of care not performed.

been coming here for last 15 years , Best Clinic and best Dr's in my opinion, Yes Dr's are busy Yes they may see you late ? so What ? They're Dr's and the world doesn't revolve around you !

Organised an appointment the prior day, once I filled out my paperwork for the first time attending, I was seen within 5 minutes.

I would advise anyone going to book an appointment as you are seen as a priority.
