Massage One

The foot massage here is a true oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation. From the ambiance to the skilled therapists, every aspect exceeded my expectations. My tired feet were pampered with expert care, leaving me feeling refreshed. Highly recommend.

I regularly go to Massage One and have been for about a year now. I have a brain injury that affects the muscles in my neck and shoulders. Massage is about the only relief I can find from the pain. Mostly I see Jennie and Peyton who both give slow but very methodical massages. They always seem to find the trouble spots.
It’s not cheap to get a one hour massage these days and my only gripe would be they don’t have a water cooler. A massage tends to make you really thirsty. For the price of a massage they should be able to give the customers better than tap water.

But it’s a nice place to get a great massage. Highly recommended.

I go to massage one (on level 1) on a regular basis as I have back & knee problems. It is the best massage place. Better than physio. They know how to find the exact spots/problem areas. I book in with Claire every week. She is the best. Though all the staff there are good. FULLY RECOMMEND.

There’s a Thai lady here (forget her name) she is awesome. I was pretty tense shoulders and back and with one crack of my back I felt heaps better and almost fell asleep with the medium pressure massage. Will definitely come back

Hands down the best remedial massage I have ever had. Aom was amazing and concentrated on areas where she felt (and I certainly felt it) needed the most attention. My daughter also had a massage with Tiky and she said the same thing when her massage finished. We will definitely be back and recommend to everyone. Thank you 🙌🏼

Claire is one of the best massage therapists I’ve been to. Very precise and effective treatments, especially where needed. The receptionist lady Emily is extremely nice n helpful as always with my bookings! The place is clean and quite too.

I attended without an appointment and requested a massage. I was met with a big smile at the front desk by Susan who was able to fit me in immediately which was great. Staff were professional, kind and also conscious of asking about pressure at various times throughout the massage. Will attend again and highly recommend!

Great professional Thai massage as always from Khan and she has some a warm personal touch which helps you relax.

Had a 1 hour whole body remedial massage with Susan after going through a period of overexercising. Amazing experience - walked out feeling like new with all my muscle tension and tightness gone. Will be booking in for regular sessions for maintenance - thanks Susan!

I actually went here by chance, and got a 45 minute head, neck, back and shoulder massage. The lady was professional and the massage was amazing! i had so many knots from exercise and she actually worked on it until it was loose with just the right amount of pressure. I'll definitely be coming back here.

This place is one of my favourite massage place, very clean and perfect customer service. I had a one today with Kate and she was fantastic, all my headache gone after 30 minutes.
