TLC Medical Centres - Whittlesea

Being a new patient at this clinic, I am highly impressed with it in every way. Friendly and professional staff. Without going into detail, I also credit Dr Tran for noticing and subsequently diagnosing a small skin cancer on my head. The way in which he did this was very clever and insightful, and I believe others may easily have missed it. I am very thankful indeed.

I recently had the pleasure of working with TLC Aged Care, Whittlesea as a clinical facilitator, where I was supervising nursing students participating in their aged care placement, and I am delighted to share my experience.
The team at TLC, Whittlesea Aged Care has been committed to excellence in support and cooperation throughout placement. It was clear from the beginning that their primary concern had been to ensure a conducive learning environment for me and my students.
Exceptional levels of support extended to me as a clinical facilitator were one of the most striking aspects of my interactions. To enhance the learning experience of the students, the staff members have shown a genuine readiness to engage with me, offering valuable insight and advice. The facilitation of an efficient and effective placement process was facilitated by their openness to dialogue and willingness to address any questions or concerns.
Moreover, the dedication of the team to provide a full range of support for students was very encouraging. In their interactions, they demonstrated patience, empathy, and professionalism, which ensured that the students felt valued and supported throughout their placements. This inclusive approach has not only contributed to students' personal and professional development, but also fostered a feeling of belonging within the facility.
Finally, my experience at TLC, Whittlesea has been exemplary in every respect. The success of the placement was largely due to the dedication, professionalism, and collaborative attitude of the team. I am extremely grateful to TLC for their exceptional support and excellent efforts towards the development of new healthcare professionals. Here, I have no hesitation in recommending the TLC Whittlesea as an exemplary placement site for nursing students who are looking for an enriching learning experience in an aged care facility.

My family has been patience at this practice for almost two years. The receptionist Dips is so friendly and caring and always make sure it is warm in winter. The medical centre is spotless. Dr Tran is so thorough and always calls and checks up on the children. I highly recommend this practice

Have finally found a doctor that is caring, sensitive and thorough. Dr Hadika really goes above and beyond to help you and doesn’t brush you off or rush you. I have struggled to find a doctor I love, but Dr Hadika is worth the 40 min drive to this clinic. Highly rate the reception staff as well, so friendly.

Awesome treatment by physiotherapist at TLC care Puja Sharma who helped greatly with my back neck and shoulder issues and pain.
Been back pain free for 3 days which I haven’t experienced for nearly 20 years.
