Had the best customer service EVER from Mel at the vic gardens store. Never have I laughed and felt so good about my shop. I bought the espresso martini candle and felt really welcomed from the second I entered the store. If every staff member is like Mel, I’ll be a regular forever! 💖

Very disorganised store, inaccessible to prams as the displays, baskets of stock and store ladders create narrow pathways. There were limited uninterested staff.

Would give a negative star rating if i could. Went in this particular shop with my partner, the young girl behind the counter instantly glared at us. We said hello and got no respose but an unwelcome glare. Were watched like a hawks still without being spoken too. My partner felt so uncomfortable they immediately left to wait out the front. I found things i wanted to buy so continued to stay in the shop. When i went to check out the young girl was so rude borderline nasty, and extremely slow. I ended up walking out without buying anything. I was so upset with the way we were treated! I will never go back! It makes me want to avoid all adairs shops going forward, which is sad.
