Had an amazing day out riding the e-bikes. The Bellarine rail trail through the country side and landing down by the beach was absolutely beautiful. Jeremy was super friendly and helpful also! Couldn’t fault anything about it. Thank you so much!

Beautiful bike ride along the Bellarine Rail Trail! We did a half day bike hire and rode from Drysdale to Queenscliff which was roughly just under 20km, easy with an e-bike. Jeremy met us at the Drysdale station and explained how to use the e-bikes and gave us great tips on where to stop at. The ride was comfortable and the scenery was amazing. We stopped many times to relax and take some photos along the way. We then met up with Jeremy and his wife at Queenscliff and they drove us all the way back to our cars. Overall such a great day and so glad we went with Bella e-bikes. Would highly recommend!

Amazing day out cycling around the Bellarine. We enjoyed this as day trip from Melbourne. We spent the day touring and exploring the wineries coffee shops and trails from Portarlington, St Leonards and everywhere in between. The bikes were easy to ride and allowed us to easily complete the trip. The ferry ride home relaxing with a few of the purchases of the day. Thanks again!

I hired a bike from Bella E-Bike hire last week when I was visiting Melbourne. Sarah picked me up from the ferry which was a lovely way to start the process. My bike looked as new and was very comfortable and easy to ride. Jeremy and his daughter Sarah were very professional and helpful. The coast near the hire place is so lovely to ride around. I've always wanted to try an E bike and was pleasantly surprised at how fun and enjoyable it was to ride. I rode without electricity at first then gradually added more power when i needed a boost up hill or got tired. My son and daughter in law would like to hire the bikes some time following my recommendation.

We had some interstate visitors and thought the ferry trip to Port Arlington combined with an e-bike hire would be a fun thing to do. And it was - we were new to e-bikes and had a great time doing some 25 kms+ along the scenic shore. The bikes were quality bikes and ready for collection on our arrival. The whole rental thing went like clockwork. Jeremy was super helpful and armed with some well rehearsed jokes and plenty of good advice. Thank you Jeremy - great service all round. Highly recommended.

Hiring an e-bike from Bella was the best decision I made for my holiday! The e-bike was incredible fun (and held up to the bad weather & mud during my trip astoundingly well), and the owner Jeremy was amazing - he went above and beyond to be friendly and accommodating, and made sure I got as much joy out of the hire as I could. Did a half e-bike hire from my hotel in Portarlington, had a great time exploring some of the backroads of the Bellarine. Best part was easy drop off and pick up of the bike right at my hotel.

I dislike cycling due to previous experiences and was really nervous about our impending cycling day trip in Port Arlington. Thankfully I found Bella Bike's information on the Port Phillip Ferry website and contacted Jeremy. From the get go, Jeremy was friendly, helpful, courteous and very prompt in his replies. With his help, three of us in our party hired an electric bike from him for the trip. He was waiting for us upon our arrival at the Port Arlington pier. Fitted us to the bikes. And explained everything very clearly. The bikes we hired were in excellent condition. He even provided helmets for free and they were very clean with no yukky odour at all. He collected the bikes from us punctually and even took this beautiful group photo for us and emailed it to me. We will definitely use his service again and I can confidently recommend his business to all.

Although we hadn’t been on a bike for years, the ebikes made it easier! Rode from Drysdale to Queenscliffe along the rail trail, enjoyed a lovely lunch & returned to Drysdale. Jeremy was very accommodating & helpful!

We had a great time with these e-bikes, so easy to use and handy to have the assistance of an electric push up the hills! Service was great and prompt, picking us up and dropping us off at the ferry on time. They had a lot of recommendations on where to go and the best route to get there - I will be coming back!

One of the best things to do on the Bellarine Peninsula. There are great paths, beautiful coastlines, cafes to stop at and swimming spots. Jeremy and Alison are great to deal with an offer great advise for your trip

What a great experience, allows you to see the bellarine from a totally new perspective. Highly rate the hire process, and the bike was awesome. Just like riding downhill all the time.

Jeremy was incredibly friendly and helpful, delivering the bike to my accommodation and ensuring it was adjusted properly before I set off for the day. The bike itself was easy to ride and extended how far I would normally be able to ride, without making it too easy.
