Bruthen Walking Trails

Beautiful place for a walk with nature. Lots of bird life, wallabies, deer, lizards. We are so lucky to have this on our door step

Absolutely fantastic walking trails. Very peaceful and picturesque. The longer trails are awesome fun and a good challenge, and the shorter trails are also kid friendly. Highly recommend!

We did the plane crash loop trail. Plenty of sign posts marking the way with lots of Mushrooms and wildlife which meant the walk took us a bit longer than what we expected. All welcomed distractions though 🦋🍄🙂

Choice of five walking trails. Unusually well-signed.

Nice walking tracks, pleasant area, information to read along the trails. Plenty of birds including kookaburras. No toilets. Picnic table available.

Beautiful spot. Quiet. Choices based on fitness level. Just simple aussie bush.

Interesting walks.

I did the plan crash loop on the weekend- well its not for the fainthearted that is for sure. Quite steep on the up and down- once you get to that point, you'll know! Definitely need to wear appropriate shoes, very overgrown in some spots. Very beautiful and great if you love wildlife (its the birds for me). Well signed, however was expecting a sign about the plane crash, which left me confused about where it actually happened. I am local and will walk it again.. once i get the feeling back in my calves.
